Weekdone has made tracking OKR incredibly simple and smooth. It has allowed me to plan and progress my priorities and resources with precision,resulting in excellent outcomes. It is highly efficient for small businesses.

Cons

Setting up and implementing Weekdone in the beginning can be a bit haed but once you get past that, the rest of the journey is smooth.

Pros

This tool has been incredibly helpful in ensuring that I stay on top of my to do list. It has revolutionized our remote work environment and knowing that my manager can access and see what I'm working on keeps me accountable.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any areas that require improvement. There was a slight learning curve initially but now that I've been using it for a while, I feel comfortable with all its components.

Cons

I would prefer more assistance with designing actionable items and utilizing the interface. Most of the interface is tailored for obvious action items, and it would be great to have better support for other types of businesses, particularly small businesses and individual users.

Another useful feature is the option to set up automated reminders and notifications for upcoming deadlines or missed goals, ensuring everyone is aware of what needs to be done and when, ultimately improving productivity and efficiency.

Cons

Weekdone does have some limitations. Such as navigation can be tricky at times especially for new users who are unfamiliar with the software. Additionally, the interface can feel a bit cluttered or overwhelming for some users making it challenging to focus on important tasks.

Pros

Throughout my career tracking OKRs has often been challenging and vague. Typically it is only at the end of the year that you learn about your successes or challenges. With Weekdone everything is highly visible to all team members, providing clear indicators of real time progress.

Cons

I often mistakenly click on "comment" instead of "initiative" and vice versa.

Once you become familiar with the system it becomes incredibly easy to use. Setting goals and tracking weekly priorities becomes highly beneficial.

Not much to complain about the product. Learning all the ins and outs of the OKR system was a bit tricky in the beginning but overall we have mastered it and are using it effectively.

There are a very few significant features that don't display well. such as emailed reports and some configuration options take time to understand and fine tune.

Setting up and using Weekdone is a very easy and you can quickly get a comprehensive overview of how the company is performing.

Cons

Currently it is not possible to assign weights to Key Results under an Objective. which makes tracking "real" progress harder because not all objectives hold the same importance for the company.

I particularly appreciate the software' transparency and collaborative features for managing our OKRs.

I wish there were features to better divide and manage the accomplishment of Key Results. Additionally I would appreciate if the weekly summaries were easier to follow and fill out, allowing comments to align better with KR progress.

Sometimes I find it hard to navigate through the product due to the various ways to accomplish tasks.

It could use a more visually appealing design. Personally I rely heavily on its visual aspect rather than the interactive features so any improvements in that regard would be great.

Recurring tasks are lacking and there is no ability to integrate with data sources that automatically update progress based on the data.

We have been using this for years to track our OKRs. Its a fantastic way to monitor progress and break down key results into milestones. It is easy to use and we can see the progress and objectives of other teams. I particularly enjoy the celebratory effect it has when we achieve a key result. it always brings joy to the team.

Cons

It can be confusing to locate the team dashboards even after using the tool for a long time. Additionally, I have not used it for anything other than OKRs. but for OKRs it does an excellent job!

This software is excellent for tracking quarterly goals. Its also great for monitoring weekly goals as it allows for incremental progress towards larger objectives each week.

The user experience could be improved particularly in terms of navigating between tabs, especially with weekly summaries.

Ever since we started using Weekdone, it has had a positive impact on our workplace culture. Developing OKRs has become an essential process giving us a business deep cleanse. The weekly planning and progress tracking components allow us to focus our energy and resources with greater productivity and precision, leading to remarkable results.

Cons

Its odd that the team size limit for the free version is three. Increasing it to five would greatly benefit smaller businesses like mine. But still I appreciate that the free version offers the complete features package.
