intuitive setup but lacks opportunity transfer

Pros

The program is simple and adaptable. If you know your way around managing projects, you can set it up on your own. You'll open it for the first time and grasp how it works after just a few clicks. You're free to make adjustments as you go if something needs fixing. The real test is figuring out how to use the full scope of its capabilities.

Cons

There's no direct way to turn a potential deal into an active job. The system also doesn't offer a profile for outside collaborators.

Simple online operation

Pros

It's simple to operate, completely web-based and provides solid information for analyzing project costs like hours and materials. The help team is also very responsive.

Cons

It has a lot of features we don't need and the support guides only cover the fundamentals. There aren't thorough walkthroughs for using the platform. The cost isn't very adaptable for small teams with fewer than ten people.

This tool was key for organizing all our company's workflows, cutting out the unnecessary steps and getting a transparent view of everything happening inside the business.

Cons

Picking it up is challenging. The program is complex and packed with tools. A person new to this kind of system would need some time to fully understand it.

Pros

My favorite part is that you can apply this system to every part of your operation, from the initial stage of offering your services all the way through to sending out the bills and payment requests.

Cons

I can't use it without an internet connection. I'd really appreciate being able to work on my plans when I'm not online.

Clear task visibility!

Pros

My grasp on my workload is so much clearer since I began using this. I can view my entire week's duties, sorted by importance and deadline, on the dynamic task board. Plus, I can log my completed work directly into the built-in schedule and get a quick look at where my attention went that week. It's a major help when our group meets to discuss what we could improve from the past few days.

Cons

Getting comfortable with it requires a little patience. I'd love to see more how-to videos on their support page.
