Right away, the clean and simple interface made the software pleasant to use and the automation tools do a lot to cut down on manual work. The real-time reporting and analytics are especially useful when quick decisions need to be made. Another big plus is the cloud-based access which makes it possible to work from anywhere, along with strong integration options that connect well with other business systems.
Cons
Getting everything set up and implemented takes time and in some cases expert help may be needed. New users can also face a bit of a learning curve especially when it comes to the more advanced features. On top of that, the pricing may feel a little expensive for smaller businesses.

“all invoices in one place”
Pros
Handling received invoices and submitting payments through this has been really convenient. Everything lives in one place and it's helpful to be able to go back and review previous invoices and payments whenever needed.
Cons
It isn't the most easy system to navigate. I'm pretty comfortable with technology so I was able to pick it up quickly but others on our team had a harder time with it. Another frustration is when I'm submitting payments with multiple entries under different categories, I have to re-enter the same information again and again. It would be much better if that data could carry over automatically.

“Platform feels incomplete”
Pros
Being able to drill all the way down to the transaction level from within reports is my favorite part of the system. That level of detail is a really valuable feature.
Cons
One frustration is that, over the years, it seems like functionality has been released into production before it was fully ready. A lot of features feel only about 80-90% finished. Recurring journals are a perfect example. The concept is excellent but the lack of a BP for recurring journal templates kind of undermines the whole point of letting those journals post without approvals which I assume is what most customers want, including me. Another case is prepaid schedule amortization installments, customers have been asking for years to be able to schedule installments through a specific date rather than relying on 'Accounting Date Days Ahead.'

“Highly customizable platform”
Pros
Having the flexibility to configure just about anything I need is the biggest advantage for me. I've used other platforms like Paycor and PrismHR and neither of them came close to offering the same level of capability this software has.
Cons
That same flexibility is also part of the downside. Being able to configure everything you need is excellent but it definitely comes with a learning curve. I also wish the topics in the community were easier to locate.

Navigation has been very easy even for people who aren't very comfortable with computers or other software and the support team has been excellent whenever help is needed.
Cons

Pros
There's a lot of flexibility when it comes to setting up custom rules and validations and it also comes with plenty of built-in options like calculations and reporting tools. Once you really understand your section of the system and how changes affect related areas, it starts to feel natural to make updates that fit your company's needs.
Cons
Every now and then, a bug shows up and takes longer than expected to get fixed. It doesn't happen very often and to their credit, they usually provide guidance on a workaround while they're still resolving the issue.

One thing I really enjoyed about it was the design. It organizes all the categories into a list so you can click through them without much trouble.
Cons
At first, it can be a bit confusing until you get used to how everything works. The process for requesting paid time off was especially unclear to me.

Entering and submitting my hours feels very user-friendly which makes the process quick to handle. It's also nice having an HR section where I can check notifications from HR in one place. Another feature I appreciate is being able to manage my vacation time and sick leave through the system.
Cons
One frustrating part is having to change my password too often. With so many passwords to keep track of, it can be hard to remember this one sometimes. I also don't like that I have to call I.T. to get a new password whenever I forget it.

Having everything in one unified platform has been a big plus especially the real-time visibility across finance and operations. It's helpful to pull consistent data without jumping between different tools and the reporting and dashboards make it much quicker to catch trends and make better-informed decisions.
Cons
A few workflows feel a bit too limited and structured, particularly when exceptions come up and quick changes are needed. Reporting also takes some getting used to and creating very specific or customized outputs can require more setup or outside expertise than I expected.

This ERP system is quite comprehensive and covers accounting and finance functions in line with International Accounting Standards. It helps organize processes better and supports faster, more timely business decision-making.
Cons
Because it is such a detailed accounting ERP, navigating through it and locating the right information during transaction posting can be difficult at times. You often have to go through several tabs before reaching the correct entry and the system tends to hang occasionally.
