I can easily assign tasks to my staff members and they receive reminders to complete them.

I am frustrated by not being able to remove old staff and not being able to create multiple assignments at once.

Pros

Workiro is incredibly user-friendly, and their customer service is unmatched. Whenever I've had a question, I've received almost instant responses.

Cons

At first, the simple interface confused me a little bit because it looked too basic. But actually, I realized that most of the features are in the area to which they apply. This way, I can stay focused rather than having a cluttered view that constantly reminds me of other things I need to do.

Pros

This software sends reminders for tasks, saving me valuable time I used to spend forwarding emails and making calls. It also allows for additional comments and conversations, and the assignee can pause a task to indicate when they plan to do it. This ensures nothing gets forgotten without manual effort.

Cons

The recurring templates confused me at first since they need to be used for things that are exactly the same, going back to the template on recurrence. Now that I know this, it's all good! Initially, I tried to use it like Apple Reminders, but now I've got the hang of it.

My team and I appreciate the simplicity of Workiro's interface. Updating tasks, especially via smartphone, is effortless.

I am using the software to also cover some of our H&S work, and some of the features don't quite suit this. However, some of the recent updates have helped, and with the great customer service I receive, I can suggest changes that would better suit my needs.

Catch up feature is phenomenal. It ensures I never miss important matters. Tags help organize projects effectively, and setting recurring tasks that appear in catch up before the due date is a game changer.

Integration with Zapier and my customer Gmail account doesn't work smoothly, but I don't think this is GetBusy's fault.

Workiro provides gentle yet persistent task reminders, secure document sharing, a smooth buying process without a hard sell, great value, mobile app for creating to-dos on the go, and flexibility to tailor to specific needs.

The desktop app seems to freeze occasionally, so I end up using the phone app or accessing it via a web browser. A few of my clients have found it difficult to return to documents that I've sent via GetBusy.

Pros

It fills a crucial gap for our small team. While Outlook is excellent for project management, it's expensive and cumbersome. Workiro makes task management easy and should be integrated into primary office apps like G Suite.

I thinkWorkiro's biggest flaw is monitoring and drilling down on tasks. It is not inherently designed for use in an organization; rather, it is geared toward the single user without much regard for organization or monitoring of progress. So, while I can easily assign a series of tasks, there is no way for me to tell if the task is incomplete, partially complete, etc. The user interface is also not clear enough and requires too much drilling down and too many steps to make changes. But in the most basic sense, it does what it promises, keeps track of my tasks.

Pros

I love how easy it is to organize my to-do list and pause tasks that aren't urgent. It's like putting things in a box and forgetting about them until needed, with confidence that nothing is overlooked.

Cons

The email notifications can get a little annoying since there's no way to turn them off except when I am logged into the desktop app. For example, I came back from two weeks' holiday to a barrage of emails because I had not been logged in on my laptop while away.

For example, on Todoist, I can type in 'meeting at 4pm tomorrow about the designs' and it'll pick out the key terms and add the meeting to my calendar on the fly. GetBusy doesn't do this, but the team told me they are looking into it for a potential release.

This software offers encrypted communication, personal task management, team collaboration with internal and external parties, automated reminders, and seamless integration with Outlook, saving me significant time.

Cons

I would like to be able to organize connections into groups. I send a lot of large files, so being able to add extra capacity for sending would be great. There is no ability to adjust notification reminders at the moment.
