The support I have received from the Workzone team has been outstanding. I assumed the role of software administrator during a challenging period and our account representative promptly provided the necessary assistance for setting up workgroups users and reporting. Nearly two years later they continue to offer invaluable guidance and patience serving as an extension of our marketing and design team particularly during a time of limited resources.

There is genuinely nothing about the software that I find unfavorable. It is exceptionally comprehensive and I am aware that I have not fully harnessed its full potential.

Overall we appreciate the simplicity of Workzone as a project management system. It aligns with our environment and workflow and our decadelong partnership with Workzone has been enhanced by regular meetings with a WZ representative to address suggestions for system enhancements.

Recent updates have caused some confusion especially concerning actions within the document manager section like adding new versions of files in the review process versus adding files to the project folder. Regrettably this has caused some difficulties for us.

I cant think of much to dislike. If I had to point out anything it would be the challenge of easily relocating a submission or request to another product area within the program. On occasion requests are mistakenly submitted under the wrong department.
