“Impressive support and efficient system
Pros
In addition to the basic functions of the system, I am consistently impressed with the support the company offers. It had one of the best (if not the best) onboarding processes I've experienced, and the support options available on a day-to-day basis are excellent. The team is quick to respond, and even if they can't solve the exact issue, they always provide an alternative solution to help me achieve my goals.
Cons
We would appreciate a function that permits us to set an "out of office" status and designate a backup person. This way whenever an individual is away their tasks and notifications would automatically transfer to the assigned individual. While we've devised some workarounds this is the only feature we find missing.

“Key tool for project and task planning
Pros
What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use up and down through projects and tasks, as well as the cross-project visibility. I can view them both in list form and Gantt schedule views, with various options for time periods and subtask levels. Their customer service is absolutely the best, exceptional not only during the implementation but also with ongoing support.
Cons
The current functionality lacks the ability to perform spreadsheet-type calculations with formulas on data points. It does not possess the Excel-like capabilities found in certain other project management tools.

“Ideal for marketing teams
Pros
I like that I can schedule out tasks for a project or add them as needed. The reporting is also something I appreciate. Another aspect I enjoy is the quarterly check-ins with our customer success representative, who keeps me updated on improvements from the developers or ways I can improve our workflow. Lastly, I love that Workzone listens to its customers. Some of our suggestions have actually been implemented, making them a great partner in our team's success.
Cons
The only modification we wish for is the inclusion of an "out of office" feature. Workzone has been receptive to this suggestion and we've actively participated in discussions and Q&A sessions on its potential implementation. Although not currently a feature their team remains committed to receiving feedback and exploring ways to incorporate it.

Cons
The abundance of available tools can be overwhelming at times though this varies based on your role and contribution to the shared project. As a designer I focus on tools relevant to my tasks but appreciate that others can utilize features tailored to their specific needs.

Workzone offers a variety of collaboration features, such as file approvals, markup, comment threads, and project/task responsibilities, all of which contribute to a more efficient workflow. These features help our team complete projects on time. Since we often have multiple projects running simultaneously, Workzone's powerful filtering options allow me to focus on the most urgent tasks, helping to avoid information overload and burnout.
Cons
Despite the numerous fantastic features of Workzone, there are a few aspects I would like to see improved. Currently, boards must be linked to a workspace, so having an All Workspaces board could be helpful in managing tasks that span across multiple workspaces. Also, I would appreciate the ability to customize the Start or End Date filter to a specific number instead of relying on preset options like 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, and so on.

It has become the ultimate project management solution for our department, significantly impacting the entire college. It has improved accountability, enhanced time and project management, and simplified the process for employees outside our department to submit project requests (with our assistance in guiding them through the process).
Cons
Personally, I have experienced no issues. Once you become familiar with it and use it daily, like I do, it becomes remarkably easy. Although I haven't explored all the features, such as dependents, I should definitely give them a try. Overall, I have no complaints. In case of any difficulties, I either troubleshoot independently or seek prompt assistance from Workzone.
