“well-arranged interface and easy setup”
Pros
The interface is well organized and the application itself is amazing. There is also a useful setup guide with videos that walks you through the initial configuration step by step. On top of that setup packages are available for an additional cost if needed.
Cons
Updates can occasionally cause issues and from time to time a few bugs still slip through. That said both the software stability and the customer support have improved a lot lately.

“The first impression is deceptive - interface and technical problems”
Pros
It is a more cost-effective option compared to Pickware WMS for multiple shops.
Cons
The software has an overwhelming number of settings, making it confusing and complex, especially during order entry. There are constant technical problems, and the interface for Shopware 5 and Shopware 6 is not satisfactory. Additionally, there's no pick and pack app like Pickware WMS, and the mobile version is subpar.

“Excellent value for money”
Pros
Considering both the price and everything it includes, this software is excellent and the interface is also really well done.
Cons
Things can get a bit confusing when items are returned broken or damaged and there's a risk of mixing those products in with the new ones.

“Everything in one system”
Pros
From production to customer management, everything is clearly organized in one system. Logistics, sales and purchasing can all be managed very effectively and the tools overall are really strong.
Cons
There were a few occasions when support was a bit slow to respond. But the good thing is that later every issue was resolved.

“Pretty easy to set up”
Pros
Everything is linked together such as orders, invoices, delivery notes, products and purchase orders so it's usually quick to find whatever you need. Dropshipping orders are also simple to set up and once that's done, the system handles the rest automatically.
Cons
The transfers to individual shops don't always work well and there are occasional interface issues. Because of that we often have to deal with the same tasks twice.

“helped us during company's growth phase”
Pros
Overall we had a really positive experience. As it is easy to use, can be adapted well to our specific needs and feels like a solution that can grow along with our business. The price performance ratio is also very good since it's fairly affordable while still offering a wide range of features.
Cons
Navigation can feel a bit off at first although it becomes more familiar after spending some time with it. Certain settings and templates can also be difficult to locate now and then.

“Great software overall”
Pros
Almost everything in the system can be handled and configured on your own which is a big plus. The reports are especially impressive to me as beyond the standard ones, it's very easy to create additional, alternative or more detailed reports because they are simply based on SQL queries. Also the whole system is built in a modular way so you can add apps for different needs at a very fair price. Even the performance is good, the value for money is excellent and the interfaces and modules we use work without any issues. On top of that the system is generally very stable overall.
Cons
Some parts of the menu navigation seem a bit unmanageable and a few menu items are hidden in places you would not normally look. Also it is not simple to find many of the field names needed for SQL-based reports. In some cases, you even have to log directly into the MySQL database just to track them down. Also support should be approached carefully because the information provided is not always correct. For example, we use the Free Article module and at one point it did not work for one product for reasons that were unclear. Support told us the problem was that more than two articles were not possible. Only after we pushed back and shared a test case showing clearly more than two articles did the real solution come out. But the issue was actually caused by a special character in the product name. And if we had not questioned the answer, we probably would not have received the fix and would not have been able to use the app as needed. That part was unfortunate.

“The best ERP system I have ever worked”
Pros
Xentral covers all the functions needed to run and manage a business. What I really appreciate is how well it can be tailored to specific industry or personal needs through its wide range of additional modules. The costs are also very reasonable for what you get. Another big advantage is that you do not need a programmer all the time because many adjustments and configurations can be handled on your own.
Cons
The only real downside that shows up in day to day use is that it cannot handle average purchase prices. This becomes something you have to watch very carefully when it comes to inventory valuation and monthly reporting. Unfortunately those figures then have to be corrected manually afterward. That creates a lot of extra work for a missing function especially since purchase prices change constantly these days and businesses need to keep a very close eye on contribution margins.

“Top tool at a fair price.”
Pros
Across all of our business areas, the automation saves us a lot of hours and we can put that time into other tasks instead. Also it offers plenty of connections to shop systems as well as shipping and fulfillment services. Overall the platform is huge and it feels like we are only using about 10% of everything it can do.
Cons
menu navigation is a bit confusing at first although you do get used to it over time. Some settings for certain topics are also located in multiple places which can be confusing.

“ERP for online retail”
Pros
The connection to our shop system and marketplaces works really well and the interface is clear and easy to use. Being fully cloud-based is a big plus too and the integrated mail client and ticketing system are genuinely useful in day to day work. Also it offers extensive configuration options, dependable dunning with open items, connections to payment providers and banks and very comprehensive reporting.
Cons
initial setup and preparation take quite a bit of effort because the system is very huge. Also the UX is not quite as visually polished as some competing products.

“Not suitable for Switzerland”
Pros
Xentral Software is easy to use, logically structured and works especially well for sales tasks.
Cons
There is still no working interface to an accounting system for Switzerland and QR invoices are still not supported. That creates too much extra manual work and makes it hard to use properly.

“Good ERP with many functions”
Pros
There is a lot packed into Xentral such as a broad feature set, a professional overall solution and an implementation process that was guided very well. Considering how many functions it offers, the usability is quite decent and it's currently being revised as the first screenshots already look very promising. You can clearly tell that they have been moving fast after the major investment rounds. But thats partly a downside right now because with so many new hires especially in support, the quality is not always as consistent as it should be. Still, looking ahead a lot is likely to improve and it seems to be in a strong position.
Cons
At the moment it is still showing some typical growing pains. It was not as noticeable in the beginning and it will probably improve again soon but right now it does come up here and there. Also usability still has room for improvement and behind the scenes especially in the database, parts of the system feel pretty legacy.

“User friendly UI and fast start”
Pros
The interface is very user-friendly. It makes getting started with your first ERP system possible even without having a lot of technical skills or prior experience.
Cons
Honestly there is not much to complain about. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that you still have to pay for all the features even though we probably only use a small portion of them, maybe around 10%.

“Pretty easy to setup”
Pros
Overall it is easy to ues and the core functions can be configured without much hassle to match the company's needs.
Cons
The integrations with common online platforms like Otto, Avocado and others are still missing. More advanced settings are usually complicated or not explained well. A good example is the permission setup, where some of the terms are hard to understand. Building a warehouse structure with automated workflows is also not very easy.

“Saves us time”
Pros
Having all our marketplaces, online shops and shipping carriers connected through Xentral has been a big advantage. We no longer need to manually create orders, invoices, shipping labels and similar tasks which saves a lot of time. The overall workflow is fairly self-explanatory too and there are plenty of customization options to adapt the system to our needs.
Cons
To me the returns process still feels underdeveloped. And it becomes particularly tricky when returned items arrive damaged or broken because we have to use workarounds to keep those products separate from the saleable stock. On top of that the accounting side is fairly complex and would benefit from clearer guidance to make the initial setup less difficult.

“Automates pretty well”
Pros
The integrations with ecommerce platforms, payment providers and external systems like warehouse management tools used by logistics partners work really well. The amount of automation in the standard order workflow is outstanding too which means the team can spend their time on exceptions instead of manually touching every single order. Overall it saves a huge amount of time.
Cons
A few bookkeeping functions still need improvement especially bank reconciliation for collective payments and allowances where a refresh and additional functionality would help with these tedious but necessary tasks. Batch and lot number handling, along with best before date tracking, also isn't fully connected across every area. Plus some useful stock movement features are only available for items that don't use batch or lot numbers and expiry dates.

“Flexible and options can hide”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how flexible the processes are. We can set things up to fit our business now and adjust them later as your company changes. It is also user-friendly enough to get started quickly and if preferred, you can even keep everything contact-free and simply use the 14 day demo. Also the software is improving fast, with continuous development that gives confidence for the future. The newer support models are also a real plus especially because response times are quick.
Cons
Some options can be quite hidden so it may take deeper knowledge of the software to discover everything that's available. Though the wide range of modules and overall complexity make it suitable for many different use cases but that can also be challenging. Also ERP implementation is generally not simple so it is important to plan properly from the start. I feel like having strong support and good implementation guidance makes a big difference here.
