“Justifies the price

Pros

The X Draw feature of this tool integrates seamlessly with Q360 which we use for our Customer Success Management software. Plus the extensive block library provided by it makes drawing incredibly fast.

Cons

Umm the absence of accurate lines and measurements in X Draw is a downside but it is gradually improving.

Pros

It is easy to use and support is quick to respond. Also it allows me to design a project much quicker than using a flowchart or AutoCAD.

Cons

The prices and new devices in the library are not always accurate but since they are easy to edit and create your own library, I would say it is not a major issue.

Well the documentation is not available in French and I also noticed many products still don't have their connections set up.

I love how it simplifies single line drawings by just uploading a BoM.

I do wish there was a bit more flexibility in the designer.

One thing I really like is how this product lets me create a full design from scratch to detailed technical drawings. This is incredibly helpful for my role.

I am still having trouble pulling client floor plans into the design tool.

This tool has a solid database, is simple to use and offers great value for the price.

Nothing major but I feel like it would be useful to have a speaker dispersion tool for floor plans.

I find it very user friendly and using XTEN-AV for our designs and quotes is the best too.

There is not much bad to say once we get used to it.

What I appreciate is how easily we can add new items to our drawings from their database, along with the ability to create our own. They also add items I request to the database

I really do not like that there is no hierarchy structure for user permissions and I would like to see administrator users who can have full control over regular users and their projects.

Well I love how it allows me to quickly create and use design templates for rooms that need to be repeated has really proven really helpful.

Cons

The ability to click and add pdf design documents like line drawings, into a proposal would be really useful. I know it is coming soon but right now it is a hassle to manage.
