I enjoy using an ergonomic and modern platform with a social network format that is very popular with users.

Cons

The configuration of the pages still complicated to use and requiring HTML skills.

I value the real-time collaboration that promotes diversity of ideas. It is quick to learn, fast to adopt, and offers seamless user interaction for effective collaboration. I consider the idea management efficient through classification, sorting, and categorization functionalities, which allows structuring ideas/projects and facilitating subsequent analysis by a jury.

Cons

Overall, for the use I make of it, there are no really negative points.

I find some processes sometimes a little rigid in their adaptation to my processes. The control could be finer on some modules.

I consider it easy to use. Once I discovered the features, it was easy to set up actions to engage employees on the platform, such as emails, surveys, and online content like posts or videos.

The platform's activity metrics, the link with the innovation metrics, and the export format are not usable, at least for me.

It is so smooth and wasy to use for the end user, with no special requests from post-deployment users, which is rare! The features are well thought out and evolve regularly.

Formatting challenge pages requires a bit of HTML code (since corrected). Some features are missing for a group of our size, especially on the replication of our organization in user profile cards.

I regard the software as very easy to deploy, even remotely. It was quickly adopted, with many users and interactions across our sites around the world.

For the moment, I am not using the Darwin function because it does not meet my needs as much.

The ease of use, ergonomics, and gamification are all likeable aspects. The ability to bring ideas together when saving a new one thanks to AI, even for ideas written in Japanese or Chinese, is remarkable. I feel close to the teams.

There's no support in Asia and limited support for America.

They have amazing customer service support, adaptation to our internal culture, and ease of implementation. A plus for us is the multi-language capability.

I feel less intelligent than them :-). Their knowledge of the field is confusing.

The product is easy to use, very complete, and the support on strategic and practical aspects related to the implementation of the tool has been excellent. I feel truly supported, which makes the process safer.

As the tool is very rich, I sometimes find it difficult to project myself into a full use of its possibilities. I tend to "stick" to my initial idea of use when the tool could have allowed me to go further.

Once the workflows are well-defined and configured, I see the administration of the platform and the use of the deposit modules (challenge or spontaneous ideation) as simple and intuitive.

Cons

I find it difficult for an IP solution on the market to adapt to my needs for personalized statistical monitoring. The TDBs for piloting can still be improved.

Pros

I regard Yumana as a very convenient and intuitive platform to manage our intrapreneurship program. It allows us to engage our employees in the program and animate our community of intrapreneurs. Recently, we've also used it for hackathons, and I am delighted with the platform's simplicity and efficiency in collecting ideas, making bounces, and having a turnkey interface that allows us to administer all our devices. The team is very attentive, and there are always new features added that enrich the program.

Cons

When they merged with another company, the redesign of the platform and the migration took a bit long.

I like the conversational and collective engagement features and the autonomy of intrapreneur teams to communicate about their project through the platform.

Cons

Honestly, I don't see any issues at this stage. In any case, the Yumana team is very responsive and very attentive to the needs of its customers (at least that's my experience at Safran).
