idea showcase that drives engagement

Pros

Yumana gives ideas a clear but lightweight framework, with room for development, follow-up and even building communities around implementation. Plus the showcase element, the examples provided and the thoughtful attention and follow-up on submissions really encourage people to share their ideas.

Cons

The platform seems more built around idea channels and the needs of idea administrators than around contributors. So it would be much better with a more welcoming contributor journey, where the platform guides me as I participate and suggests related contributions or ways to respond to other ideas, like connecting with a team.

Insightful and user-friendly platform

Pros

Right from the start, Yumana's innovation platform felt appealing, user-friendly and simple to use. Their strong background in innovation platforms and challenge management really comes through and the guidance they provide is relevant and thoughtful. Also there are plenty of innovative capabilities and the client club is a valuable addition because it helps anticipate upcoming needs and shape future product development.

Cons

I do not have any real complaints at this stage as overall I am very satisfied. The only thing I can foresee is that as more features are introduced, it could become harder to handle everything on our own and we may eventually need extra support.

offers the best support

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how amazing the customer support has been as they are quick to respond, personal and consistently helpful. Plus we have genuinely enjoyed working with our account managers over the years, who have been sharp, responsive and a pleasure to collaborate with. On top of that the platform has worked really well for our program.

Cons

Getting around the platform isn't always easy, particularly on the back end for users working in English. Still it's something you can learn and the strong customer support makes it much easier to work through any technical issues.

Pros

Customer support has been excellent as they are consistently available, respond very quickly and are genuinely a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The solution feels fairly expensive once you combine the IT and support costs. Also at times the platform makes it challenging to adapt content properly for both desktop and mobile.

Pros

Working with Yumana has been a really positive experience. Their team is attentive and quick to understand the specific needs of an organization and they provide plenty of features to customize the platform. That level of flexibility makes it possible to create a truly tailored experience for end users.

Cons

A few features could feel a little less user friendly at the beginning but overall the platform is pretty basic and the team is always very helpful.

Feature-rich idea tracking platform

Pros

This platform offers a wide range of features dedicated to collecting ideas, whether for long-term initiatives or specific challenges. It also makes it possible for us to track how those ideas are implemented over time. Plus the monthly support from the Customer Success Manager helps us get the most out of all these features.

Cons

One thing I did not like is that setting up the platform requires building a reference framework first, along with configuring several parameters that need to be defined in advance.

Pros

The responsiveness of the team has really stood out especially our customer success manager and the technical support staff. Yumana has also done a very good job of listening to our feedback about how we use the platform and incorporating it to improve the overall user experience.

Cons

At this point it is meeting my expectations. Whenever I have questions about how to use something on the platform, the team is available very quickly to help.

Packed with powerful challenge management tools

Pros

It really helps with organizing and managing challenges effectively. The solution catalogs are also useful, visibility can be restricted by scope and the SSO connection is a big plus. Moreover getting started with the platform is pretty easy and the follow-up meetings along with the CSM's availability are very appreciated.

Cons

There are still a few additional developments needed on the platform. Like filter and tag management could be improved and user updates are not automatic when someone changes roles which would be a valuable addition.

Right from the beginning, the team has been engaged, creative and genuinely focused on client needs. The onboarding was tailored to us and the support has stayed strong throughout. We also get regular updates and personalized follow-ups which shows they really pay attention. Another big plus is the user club they run which creates valuable exchanges between companies and helps drive ongoing improvement.

Cons

None. After more than six years working with it, they have consistently been responsive, innovative and committed to addressing new needs.

Pros

Regular check-ins with the CSM have been very productive and supportive. As the team is responsive and genuinely listens to customer needs.

Cons

There were a few bugs at the beginning of the rollout but they were fixed within a few months thanks to the support team's quick response.

I value the strong link with the company and the very complete and configurable tool. It is easy to use for users and operates simply on the admin side.

A solution at the service of the ideation power of collectives

Pros

The product is very easy to use; mobilizing the collectives can be challenging, but that's on our end. The overall administration of the platform is simple, ergonomic, and even fun. I also like the modulation of parameters and displays according to expectations, as it adapts to specific contexts. As an everyday user, sharing my idea is easy, and consulting those deposited is just as much.

Cons

Yumana's teams listen to my observations and know how to react to my requests for development, especially if they can cover the entire customer base. When my demands are more oriented towards our specific environment, these teams are attentive in order to understand the essence of my need, and if it can be covered, there is no categorical no, at least I have not encountered any. The dashboards, which I initially lacked understanding of, are being improved. In short, no matter how hard I look, there has been no inconvenience that hasn't had an exchange, a study, an answer, and often a solution (sometimes requiring patience).
