A relatively rare solution on the market and a truly personalized support

Pros

The quality of customer support and the way they listen. The features offered align consistently with our business plan, and I believe it is easy to use as a CRM novice.

Cons

I find that some points, particularly the link with social networks, are not advanced enough. The statistics I can use from the platform are relatively limited.

Interesting software for collecting and sharing ideas

Pros

I value the strong link with the company and the very complete and configurable tool. It is easy to use for users and operates simply on the admin side.

Cons

Pros

I am impressed with the responsiveness to major challenges at crucial moments of adopting the internal solution for each module.

Cons

It is frustrating to pay for change requests that are then used by everyone. The visibility and limitation of the roadmap seem focused on the most frequent uses of customers.

A solution at the service of the ideation power of collectives

Pros

The product is very easy to use; mobilizing the collectives can be challenging, but that's on our end. The overall administration of the platform is simple, ergonomic, and even fun. I also like the modulation of parameters and displays according to expectations, as it adapts to specific contexts. As an everyday user, sharing my idea is easy, and consulting those deposited is just as much.

Cons

Yumana's teams listen to my observations and know how to react to my requests for development, especially if they can cover the entire customer base. When my demands are more oriented towards our specific environment, these teams are attentive in order to understand the essence of my need, and if it can be covered, there is no categorical no, at least I have not encountered any. The dashboards, which I initially lacked understanding of, are being improved. In short, no matter how hard I look, there has been no inconvenience that hasn't had an exchange, a study, an answer, and often a solution (sometimes requiring patience).

Pros

I value the real-time collaboration that promotes diversity of ideas. It is quick to learn, fast to adopt, and offers seamless user interaction for effective collaboration. I consider the idea management efficient through classification, sorting, and categorization functionalities, which allows structuring ideas/projects and facilitating subsequent analysis by a jury.

It is so smooth and wasy to use for the end user, with no special requests from post-deployment users, which is rare! The features are well thought out and evolve regularly.

Cons

Formatting challenge pages requires a bit of HTML code (since corrected). Some features are missing for a group of our size, especially on the replication of our organization in user profile cards.

Great customer support, very responsive in implementation

Pros

The ease of use, ergonomics, and gamification are all likeable aspects. The ability to bring ideas together when saving a new one thanks to AI, even for ideas written in Japanese or Chinese, is remarkable. I feel close to the teams.

They have amazing customer service support, adaptation to our internal culture, and ease of implementation. A plus for us is the multi-language capability.
