“Saves time!!”
Pros
We used to waste days emailing our IT department just to get approval for database access. Now with Zenphi, it's a true "set it and forget it" system. We just fill out one simple form, the automation takes over and we get approved way faster with almost no effort. I also love that our access automatically expires after the set time which is great for security.
Cons
The user experience isn't as intuitive as something like Zapier that our team was already familiar with. There are also so many actions to choose from that it can sometimes be confusing to pick the right one. The big plus is that their support team is always super accommodating and eager to help us figure it out.

“Excellent support”
Pros
The support from Fernanda and Aravin has been incredible, they're more responsive than any tech support I've ever dealt with. I've also really enjoyed learning how to tweak and build my own automated workflows for tasks that used to be completely manual.
Cons
The search function occasionally just stops working. Also if you ever need to manually edit tables, it can be a bit of a tedious process though I don't have to do it very often.

Pros
The dashboards and detail pages are so versatile. They let us build everything from simple little apps to really sophisticated, complex workflows.
Cons
If Zenphi allowed for more customization of how things look inside Google Docs, it would really help us create more polished and professional-looking documents.

“Fantastic interface”
Pros
Zenphi's user interface is fantastic and let us tailor workflows to our exact business needs. After implementing it, we didn't just save time, we dramatically cut our workload. We were even able to bring our invoice verification process back in-house from an overseas team which saved us money and made everything much faster.
Cons
Nothing at all to complain about. The team has been extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way as we built our workflows.

Cons
I can't really think of any downsides. Any small issues we've run into have been sorted out incredibly quickly. My main question is: will they be adding automation for Microsoft Office suites soon?

Zenphi is an amazing tool for automating boring, repetitive tasks like creating documents, getting signatures and updating databases. It works perfectly with all the Google apps which is ideal for our setup.
Cons
Building workflows can be a little complicated when you're just starting out and when something fails, the error messages aren't always clear about what went wrong. That said, the customer support team is always incredibly fast to respond and help.
