I've found it to be an excellent project management and time-tracking tool, honestly A+++ and I recommend it to anyone who's weighing options for project management.

Cons

What I'm missing most is a cleaner, more user-friendly interface, improving the UI and overall ease of use would really change the experience and could be a real game changer for me.

Okay so.... I was genuinely impressed by how many features are tailored to small and medium-sized businesses and I found the pricing to be very affordable.

Cons

Personally I think the app's functionality is fairly limited, it only supports a few tasks that you can reliably do on a mobile device.

this tool is an excellent way to handle projects and track time and it gives a clear status report to my team. It's easy to use and nicely organized.

At the moment I can't think of any real drawbacks. For me the only hiccup was that the time logging felt a bit unclear and I struggled when trying to log time by project.

At my organization we depend heavily on their products. It provides more than just task and project management and it also includes team collaboration and issue tracking capabilities that together make it a comprehensive tool.

I use almost every platform in their ecosystem and I've found them all to perform flawlessly in practice although none of them provide true offline access.

The interface is really easy to get around and I find it keeps things plain and understandable, you don't need formal education to use it, just some practical skills.

That said the trial periods feel way too short. I'd prefer if they offered a paid plan or subscription like other similar tools, think booking apps or CRM systems so there are more choices for users.

It feels like an excellent tool with a aligned ecosystem and I notice it lets me and others handle projects and CRM together without friction.

Cons

No complaints from me.. it's an excellent tool and the wide range of online guides and tutorials helped me quickly learn how to use it and get the most value from its features.

Pros

Collaboration features are excellent and I find sharing documents effortless. The built-in chat and comment tools keep interactions smooth and automation helps me maintain an efficient workflow. Plus, the mobile app allows me to handle work remotely without interruptions.

Cons

To date I haven't found any problems with the platform, it's consistently performed well for me across every aspect of our project management duties and needs.

Practicality and ease of understanding stand out across all departments and I appreciate how automation and IT adapt to task changes.

Cons

Support is lacking because it's a foreign tool there isn't real-time assistance which can leave me waiting hours without any answer to a question. Another issue I didn't like is that the product doesn't have comprehensive documentation covering all its features so I think adding an AI-driven help system would be a great idea.

Importing tasks is simple and convenient and I really value that tasks can remain unassigned until someone updates a status, at which point the system automatically assigns it making my workflow feasible.

Cons

There aren't many automated reporting options and I don't see any way to schedule or automate exports either, honestly it's more about convenience for me than a dealbreaker but having those automation features would definitely be a welcome improvement.

It feels like an inexpensive project management solution and I think the free tier would be perfect for a new company to test out initially.

For me there's a bit too much going on in the interface and I find it can become overwhelming especially when I'm just getting started.

Functionality covers almost everything I could need and I've found it allowed our team to expand from two people to four smoothly.

What really frustrates me is that there's no option for in-person support. The range of different plans and what each one includes is seriously bewildering. The absence of someone who can come and sit with me in person only makes the situation more annoying. I don't want to handle this over chat, I want someone face-to-face to walk me through everything step by step.

Task dependencies and the Gantt chart are ideal for keeping regulatory, R&D and supply chain teams aligned and I appreciate how smoothly it integrates with our CRM.

Cons

There are a few capabilities like recurring task scheduling and custom view options, that don't offer the flexibility we'd hoped for. Because of that, we ended up having to redesign some workflows to meet our pharmaceutical process standards.

The UI feels great and I like that everything is combined into a single, hassle-free platform where things just click together effortlessly.

Cons

For me the UI is top-notch and the product itself is sturdy, everything operates smoothly within one centralized spot and honestly I can't find any faults, it's easy, effective and thoughtfully designed.

For the price, it seems like the most cost-effective tool I've found and I appreciate the simple UI and noticeably better performance.

Cons

Wish they would include more baseline checks, the free tools I've used include a greater number of baselines so expanding these here would be a real improvement.

Its interface strikes a great balance for our marketing and creative agency and I find it lets us run campaigns, track billable hours and delegate tasks without overwhelming the team.

I do notice the app can be a bit slow and noticeably laggy especially when I'm viewing Gantt charts or hopping between different projects, that lag can interrupt the flow when I'm trying to move quickly.

Keeping track of tasks and updates is easy and I find it easy to use even on large-scale construction projects.

Cons

For me it took quite a while to get comfortable with all the tool's components and I wish the UI were more convenient and the mobile app offered fuller access.

Getting new teammates onboarded and productive was simple and I've found it quickly became our go-to platform for day-to-day communication.

Sometimes I felt overwhelmed by the sheer number of features, it made newcomers frustrated because they assumed they'd need to understand every function to use the app.

Flexibility and alignment with business needs stand out and I notice it helps cut down many repetitive manual tasks by automating or congreatating workflows.

That said I recognize it will take substantial training for every staff member and I believe it can only succeed if the entire team fully commits to adopting it.

Project organization feels excellent with lots of configurable options and I find the interface sleek, modern and fast, organizing projects, tasks and users is convenient.

While it lacks project AI features and the setup becomes more complex once you pass roughly ten projects, I've noticed it takes quite a while to learn the ins and outs of the system and to get everything configured and there are still some limitations when creating templates.

It feels thoughtfully built for milestone-based project management and I've found it really user-friendly for handling workflows efficiently.

Cons

I think the product still needs milestone-based task assignment, clearer task delegation tools, a productivity tracker, easier accessibility and a truly fully dynamic interface.
