“powerful customizable project platform

Pros

From my perspective this provides a powerful project management platform packed with an extensive set of features that meet a wide array of project needs. I find the interface really user-friendly and the ability to tailor workflows plus strong reporting tools helps me keep even very complicated projects under control. Beyond that I appreciate how well it works with other mainstream project management apps and integrates across different IT products which makes it a great fit for coordinating team-based work.

Cons

One drawback I've noticed is a pretty steep learning curve particularly if you're new to project management platforms. The sheer volume of features can feel intimidating and cluttered for users who don't already know project management tools well so getting comfortable with everything can take time.

“competitive and mobile-friendly tool

Pros

I felt the value it offered matched expectations and was competitive against the other options we looked at. It's an excellent tool if you're already familiar or set up within the IT product suite and the mobile app is still better than anything I've come across.

Cons

My team found the interface a bit cluttered and hard for some members to use which slowed down certain workflows. We're constantly trying to tailor reports for various clients yet it often seemed like we couldn't produce the output we were aiming for.

Pros

For me it's very user-friendly. Getting projects set up and keeping them updated was really simple and I could keep everyone on our team informed so they could easily follow our progress without any hassle.

Cons

I didn't run into any problems as the app was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it to other project managers in the construction field.

Pros

This is a great project management tool where I can view an overall dashboard and detailed reports showing the current status of tasks.

Cons

I've noticed some minor problems when reading the reports and with notifications. When comments are omitted from the notification feed they don't get marked as unread on the task.

Pros

The convenient Gantt chart makes it simple to work with and I find the Android mobile app handy when I'm out in the field. Custom formulas are easy to set up, I appreciate the Polish interface and it feels quite affordable.

Cons

For me the inability to organize projects and tasks into folders or separate workspaces is frustrating. I also miss having Polish-language support and sorting items can be awkward and hard to manage.

Pros

Time-tracking and simple reporting features really help me see team workloads clearly and I find it connects smoothly with other IT tools.

Cons

I think the design and user interface feel a bit dated compared to newer tools though overall I think the product still performs well.

Pros

Managing group projects becomes much simpler with it and I notice my teammates can update the shared workspace simultaneously which boosts our cohesion and efficiency. I don't have to carry my computer everywhere anymore and with my login details, I can access everything on the go.

Cons

It's not necessarily a dealbreaker but I feel someone could jeopardize my work. That situation means I'm forced to always double-check what's been done before submitting because I can't be certain no one altered it otherwise at all.

This software feels extremely versatile and simple to use and I like that it avoids unnecessary automated features and settings I'll probably never need.

Cons

Personally I'd appreciate the reminders feature being more directly accessible because I don't want to have to open each task to set them.

It feels like a fairly high-quality option compared to many choices on the market and I also value that it's bundled within a wider family of apps.

Cons

The single-license price feels reasonable but once I start adding other apps from the same company the costs quickly add up and get pricey.

The platform is detailed, efficient and affordable and I appreciate the visually clear, easy-to-navigate interface and reliable support. There's plenty of scope for customization for me.

Cons

My main frustrations are the flood of spam emails after signing up, overlapping modules that repeat functionality, inconsistent behavior between different modules and having to pay extra for features I think should have been included in the original subscription.

“easy access to project tracking

Pros

Time Log, flexible UI options and the Task System along with reports are features I value and I find accessing them for tracking and monitoring projects very easy.

Cons

While I see many options I found the UI lacking in creativity and overall convenient design, creating tasks, subtasks and writing task descriptions felt confusing compared with Asana. For me the user-friendliness in that workflow is missing and I wish there was a clear project briefing section and an attachments module at the start of a project like Asana provides. Until those elements are improved, onboarding and setting up a project feels more tough than it should.

Collaboration becomes easy with it and I notice it helps my team work through projects together efficiently.

Cons

That said it feels cluttered and I get pretty frustrated by the flood of notifications because there's no clear way to prioritize the things I actually need to see.

Pros

For deployment projects with a fixed scope, it feels optimal and I find it aligns neatly with a waterfall-style process.

Cons

I'd appreciate it if project performance calculations were available in the free tier for up to five users since that would let me fully test the feature on at least one project and decide whether to purchase it if it proves useful.

After trying many different software options, I find myself returning to Projects because it makes switching between tasks smooth and effortless.

Cons

There really isn't much I dislike but one drawback I've run into is that I can't get it to integrate with one of my other software tools which is a bit frustrating when I want everything to sync together.

The system feels incredibly dynamic and convenient and I find it easy to use while offering a great interface.

Cons

I couldn't find any budget control features. For me that's a problem because in project management having clear CAPEX and OPEX controls is essential and their absence is significant.

Getting started is easy and very easy with it and I value the mobile app along with its lightweight, user-friendly interface.

Cons

For me there's limited control and I miss the ability to split time logs when approving billable quantities. I also find the controls around cost versus price to be fairly limited and not very comprehensive.

Strong security and collaboration tools make managing tasks and projects simple for me and I find accountability clear across the team.

I still run into occasional glitches in task organization and support can be slow to respond which disrupts my workflow during renewal and claims seasons.

It runs smoothly and I feel it's a decent program. I would benefit from an extension of the trial version to explore more features.

Pros

Customization for projects and tasks feels impressive to me and I notice I can define tons of details. Integration with the IT Suite, Sprints and Desk/Bugtracker works well and when my team adopts the product philosophy, it does a professional job of monitoring projects and costs. The redesigned UI feels slick and noticeably better than the previous version.

Cons

The downside is the initial setup, it can feel a bit overwhelming to configure correctly especially if you're doing it alone without access to a consultant. If what you're after is something super lightweight and ultra-agile like Trello, this probably isn't the best fit for your workflow.
