“Marketing campaign organization

Pros

When I'm coordinating campaigns that span multiple channels and formats, this tool really helps me keep our marketing deliverables organized and on schedule especially when separate assets have distinct delivery dates. Its Gantt charts and task-dependency features have honestly been a lifesaver for me.

Cons

The UI feels somewhat dated which makes assigning subtasks and navigating larger projects a little clumsy, I often stumble through that workflow. It could definitely be more convenient and I also notice the mobile app isn't nearly as user-friendly or easy as the desktop version.

I really appreciate how the workflow automation lets us set up rules to handle and align project tasks automatically. Also, uploading spreadsheets is super handy for filling in details and then turning that data into an invoice.

Cons

For me the menu can feel a bit overwhelming and confusing at first, however, I think if we take the time to click through the options and fields we'll gradually learn the advantages each one offers.
