Using all the features is a breeze, right at your fingertips.
Cons
One missing feature in the Condo Control mobile application is the ability to log multiple parcels. Currently, we have to scan each parcel separately, whereas the desktop version offers an option to enter multiple units simultaneously for logging received parcels for tenants.

It ensures timely communication with all owners who have an account.
Cons
Not all owners feel the need to register with CCC. Reading notices seems to involve a two-step process: receiving an email from CCC and then logging into CCC to view the notice. Setting up CCC, especially entering owner and accounting data, is time-consuming.

Pros
As a Condo Board member and Treasurer, I truly appreciate how easily I can access the necessary information and documentation. We've successfully implemented the Service Request features to track all owner/tenant assistance, creating an extensive log of ongoing issues. No more need to call security for routine/nonemergency matters. All requests must be logged so that the Board can better manage management's response.
Cons
So far, I haven't encountered any disappointments with the product.

Pros
Managing this software is a breeze, saving me a lot of email management. I can track and find more information on all resident requests. Residents can communicate their maintenance requests, access corporation documents, and receive notifications about relevant matters. They can even use Condo Control to make safety deposits or payments, saving a lot of back andforths with cheques or cash. All these features are timesaving for me!

It would be great if I could generate inventory reports for the items we sell.

Pros
Before we had Condo Control Central, it was challenging, as an owner, to learn about condo life and understand the importance of various documents. Communication from property management was also problematic. Now, as a board director, communication with owners and tenants has greatly improved. Essential documents are readily available to those who need them. Reporting Service Requests is easy, and the Board can track these requests to ensure management follows up.
Cons
I would prefer to see the User Guide displayed as a more prominent icon, perhaps located near the notifications icon in the top bar. Many of our owners are not tech-savvy and find websites confusing. Having a prominent User Guide icon that they immediately see upon logging in would be ideal.

Pros
What I love most about the CCC Portal is the abundance of options it provides, such as announcements, events, service requests, tasks, and amenity bookings. The announcement options save us so much time by allowing us to easily select notice templates.
Cons
I would like to have a chat option between the Concierge and Management Office. Additionally, it would be perfect if CCC provided a template for back charge letters and the ability to save letters under the unit file.
