The software's ease of use and functionality have allowed us to efficiently organize and track various aspects of condo management in our building. The team continuously integrates new modules and is highly receptive to client feedback.
Cons
Some modules, like Maintenance, feel a bit outdated and lack the ability to implement a comprehensive plan that integrates with the rest of the modules. It would be fantastic if the software could be integrated with other market systems to control building access (access control), thus maintaining a single updated database.

Pros
I've been using CCC for over 2 years. I've tried several similar applications, but none compare to the userfriendliness and accessibility that CCC offers. Whether it's managing bookings, events, residents, files, or organizing the security team, this app has it all. I also love that it has a mobile app. I wholeheartedly recommend it to other managers.
Cons
I think the tutorials should cater more to residential use rather than focusing solely on administrators.
