The centralized storage of rental unit and tenant information within DoorLoop, along with the Tenant portal facilitating communication, are features we greatly appreciate.
Cons
While some simple features are currently missing, the software is regularly updated with useful additions. For example, the ability to print receipts for in-office tenant payments would be a beneficial enhancement.

Each time I've contacted customer service for assistance, they have been prompt, supportive, and even incorporated some of my suggestions into their updates.
Cons
It might be due to my internet connection, but I've noticed that DoorLoop is slow to load both at home and in my office. However, I have observed that it has improved in speed since I first started using it.

The software's user-friendliness is exceptional; from initial setup to daily use, navigating it has been relatively effortless. And whenever I've encountered any issues, the technical support has been incredibly helpful in guiding me or resolving the problems.
Cons
I would appreciate a more convenient method of contacting customer support when I encounter issues, instead of having to schedule a Zoom call. While we have managed to work through it, being able to communicate with someone immediately when an issue arises or while assisting a customer would be highly beneficial.

DoorLoop's setup process was straightforward and simple. Learning how to navigate the platform has been easy, and their support team has been readily available and responsive.
Cons
Most of the challenges I've faced so far have been due to user error, which the support team has helped me navigate. Additionally, the lack of unit-based accounting was a minor drawback, but I'm pleased to mention that this feature has been recently added. It was slightly frustrating not being able to add a tenant without contact information, but we have found a workaround solution.

Managing a significant number of properties with this software is incredibly easy. I can effortlessly send mass communications and keep track of rent collections, making everything much more convenient than before.
Cons
As a newer company, I expected some bugs along the way. There have been instances where certain features didn't function as expected, but the customer service team has always been helpful in addressing my concerns.

It's an excellent and comprehensive platform. Like any software, there's always room for improvement, and I eagerly anticipate each update they introduce. However, the standout feature and greatest benefit by far is their AMAZING customer service and support. They have been highly accessible and exceptionally patient with me. Their accounting expertise has been invaluable, as I had limited knowledge in that area and didn't particularly enjoy it. Their assistance helped me overcome that hurdle.
Cons
The initial setup and learning of procedures posed some challenges for me. Setting up was primarily my fault as I was occupied and it required time. Learning the procedures was mainly due to my limited familiarity with accounting terminology. Some steps were not as intuitive as I would have preferred, but again, it can be attributed to my lack of accounting knowledge.

What I appreciate most about DoorLoop is the ability to easily track reports. I can quickly access the information I need in less than a minute each month.
Cons
One aspect I'm not fond of is that the payment processor takes 3-5 business days to release transactions. It would be beneficial to have the option to integrate Zelle into the app. Additionally, DoorLoop could consider offering property managers the ability to financially incentivize tenants to enroll in auto-pay, such as providing a $5 discount that can also be tracked as a write-off.
