Customer service is my top priority, and DoorLoop exceeded my expectations. The program itself is user-friendly, and whenever I have questions, their support team is there to assist me!
Cons
While the program is generally user-friendly, there are occasional minor issues that require some searching for answers. However, the support team is always willing to submit a ticket on my behalf or address my requests to enhance the program if a solution doesn't already exist.

Cons
Setting up the Chart of Accounts in the financial statements took longer than expected. I encountered some issues with the General Ledger report when a new version was created, but the staff promptly resolved it before my next reporting period. The rental roll is updated in real-time, making it impossible to reconcile a detailed Accounts Receivable report with the General Ledger balance for the previous month. It might be feasible if done on the last day of the month. To address this, I have resorted to using an Excel spreadsheet.

Pros
We started using DoorLoop about six months ago, and I find the product highly intuitive and easy to use. There are multiple ways to accomplish tasks, and I love the ability to have multiple screens open simultaneously. We've had several questions and requested adaptations specific to our company, and the service staff has been incredibly helpful.
Cons
There is a small glitch regarding a default option that cannot be changed during the rent payment processing stage.

I appreciate the ease of use, utilizing most of the features for our small business with 12 units. Having everything consolidated in one place is highly convenient.
Cons
Despite not being particularly tech-savvy, I was able to set up three different sessions with DoorLoop and now find it easy to use. The customer service has been exceptionally helpful.

Lack of direct phone support for customer service issues. Submitting tickets for callbacks without receiving one is frustrating. Phone support should include a direct number to the service center. Online support response times can be lengthy. Payment processing time is slow, and an option for expedited funds would be beneficial. I'm a new user.

Our only complaint is that when we first signed up, we could process credit card payments through the portal. Now it says "impersonating a tenant." We used to accept payments from annual guests through the portal, but now we have to rely on checks or Square.
