Pros

Customer service is my top priority, and DoorLoop exceeded my expectations. The program itself is user-friendly, and whenever I have questions, their support team is there to assist me!

Cons

While the program is generally user-friendly, there are occasional minor issues that require some searching for answers. However, the support team is always willing to submit a ticket on my behalf or address my requests to enhance the program if a solution doesn't already exist.

The ease of use and exceptional customer service make the system intuitive and user-friendly for nearly all users.

Cons

DoorLoop is continuously evolving, which sometimes results in changes to their base processes. While these changes are implemented for improvement, it can be challenging for existing users to adapt quickly. A more seamless release implementation process could be beneficial.

Thanks Door Loop!

Pros

The service is outstanding, with prompt and helpful responses from the staff.

Cons

Setting up the Chart of Accounts in the financial statements took longer than expected. I encountered some issues with the General Ledger report when a new version was created, but the staff promptly resolved it before my next reporting period. The rental roll is updated in real-time, making it impossible to reconcile a detailed Accounts Receivable report with the General Ledger balance for the previous month. It might be feasible if done on the last day of the month. To address this, I have resorted to using an Excel spreadsheet.

Great Product

Pros

We started using DoorLoop about six months ago, and I find the product highly intuitive and easy to use. There are multiple ways to accomplish tasks, and I love the ability to have multiple screens open simultaneously. We've had several questions and requested adaptations specific to our company, and the service staff has been incredibly helpful.

Cons

There is a small glitch regarding a default option that cannot be changed during the rent payment processing stage.

I love Door Loop

Pros

The tenant portal and its convenient viewing options are excellent.

Cons

The lack of phone support is a minor drawback. While the chat support is excellent, having phone support would provide an additional level of assistance.

I cannot imagine property management without our doorloop

Pros

I appreciate the ease of use, utilizing most of the features for our small business with 12 units. Having everything consolidated in one place is highly convenient.

Cons

Despite not being particularly tech-savvy, I was able to set up three different sessions with DoorLoop and now find it easy to use. The customer service has been exceptionally helpful.

First time user and LOVE this management program!

Pros

The ease of use and personalized coaching sessions are exceptional! I plan to schedule another session to fully implement it for all my rental units.

Cons

During the setup process, I needed to set up bank accounts and separate my rental houses. Although it required reorganizing my setup, in hindsight, it turned out to be a beneficial change.

The setup process was made convenient with onboarding calls and informative demos. The extensive reporting and features greatly enhance bookkeeping efficiency and workflow automation.

Cons

Lack of direct phone support for customer service issues. Submitting tickets for callbacks without receiving one is frustrating. Phone support should include a direct number to the service center. Online support response times can be lengthy. Payment processing time is slow, and an option for expedited funds would be beneficial. I'm a new user.

Unlike Yardi, DoorLoop allows for easy removal or adjustment of a ledger or charge, even backdating it without any complications. Additionally, their team is highly responsive, promptly addressing any issues and ensuring effective resolution.

Cons

The financial aspect of DoorLoop has room for improvement. I'd like a report that displays all unit owners' payment details, including dates. It's challenging because payments are lumped together when received from different owners on the same day.

A User-Friendly Oasis in Property Management!

Pros

The ease of use and exceptional customer service provided by DoorLoop are highly appreciated. Quick assistance is always available within minutes.

Cons

Our only complaint is that when we first signed up, we could process credit card payments through the portal. Now it says "impersonating a tenant." We used to accept payments from annual guests through the portal, but now we have to rely on checks or Square.
