For example, accessing a tenant list for a specific property requires filtering it through a portfolio, and the presence of redundant features like "leases" and "tenants" necessitates additional clicks to navigate between them.

It would be beneficial to have the option to integrate Zelle into the app. Additionally, DoorLoop could consider offering property managers the ability to financially incentivize tenants to enroll in auto-pay, such as providing a $5 discount that can also be tracked as a write-off.
