Additionally, the software's homepage primarily focuses on trends and reports, while I would prefer more direct access to specific features that I frequently use. For example, accessing a tenant list for a specific property requires filtering it through a portfolio, and the presence of redundant features like "leases" and "tenants" necessitates additional clicks to navigate between them.
