Pros
It simplifies tracking certain functions and provides visibility into when specific purchase orders were made and unit tracking.
Cons
When creating purchase orders, files larger than 50MB cannot be uploaded. It would be much more convenient if there was a higher file size limit, making it easier to create and manage purchase orders.

It's incredibly user-friendly for tenants. I can perform almost all of my job requirements through Entrata.

Entrata is highly useful for tracking resident items such as packages and work orders. It also offers excellent features for tracking prospective residents.

There are several clunky and initially difficult aspects of Entrata. Some of our interactions with prospective residents do not adequately address the responses and outcomes of the contact.

“Problems with Entrata
Pros
Based on my experience, Entrata cannot distinguish between a debit card and a credit card. However, the representative advised me to check with my bank instead of investigating the unique 1 in 1000 experience with Entrata. Such an approach has never been helpful in solving problems for anyone except for the one trying to avoid investigation.
