Pulling information and understanding ledgers is simple. I've tried other software, but Entrata is the most effortless to use and manage. It's also easy to train new hires, and the helpful videos make a difference.

Cons

Generating reports can be a bit perplexing, and merging utility billing proved to be confusing, especially when explaining prices.

Resident Communication

Pros

For proper resident communication tracking, this platform is the best. I'm also impressed with the lead management setup. Compared to Realpage and Yardi, Entrata provides the most comprehensive resident demographics analysis report.

Cons

The rent roll report could benefit from some fine-tuning, and I generally prefer most Yardi financial reports.

Not Perfect, but Still a Great Software

Pros

All in all, what I truly value about Entrata is its user-friendly nature. It didn't take me much time to familiarize myself with it when I initially began using it. The system's structure is superbly organized and straightforward. The Entrata Help Center, with its informative articles and responsive customer support team, proves to be incredibly beneficial.

Cons

The aspect I like the least about Entrata is that when uploading documents or pictures, I can usually only do one at a time. It's not a big deal if it's just one or two items, but when I have to upload four or more, it slows me down while trying to complete my work. Additionally, there are times when Entrata is extremely slow, causing delays in loading new pages or accessing documents.
