I would recommend Entrada for any property management company!

Pros

It frequently fails to recognize all the activities I enter, keeping profiles in the leads tab even after we've already spoken to them on the same day. Additionally, it allows users to create duplicate profiles.

The Gold Standard for PM Software

The most significant drawback of Entrata is their exclusive training center. While there are many helpful videos available to familiarize oneself with the software, both myself and my staff have shared the experience that the quizzes are often unclear and do not cover crucial training aspects. Many quizzes have confusing wording, leading to failed attempts and the need for retakes.

Our system syncs with Yardi, so we have to wait overnight for certain details to appear in both programs. While our detailed ledgers are only visible in Yardi, we post the payments in Entrata.

I absolutely adore Entrata software, I love practically everything about it. It's intuitive, flexible in handling errors, and incredibly amazing. The clarity it offers makes it easy to comprehend and navigate, ensuring a user-friendly experience.

Cons

Sometimes, when asking for feedback, I receive an influx of requests. It doesn't bother me too much since it happens maybe once a year for a day and then resolves itself. Overall, that's my only issue with it, which isn't bad at all, and I'm pretty okay with dealing with that, haha.
