Its so simple to use

So effortless and useful software

Pros

Pulling information and understanding ledgers is so simple. I've tried other software but Entrata is the most effortless to use and manage. It's also easy to train new hires and the helpful videos make a difference.

Cons

Generating reports can be a bit perplexing and merging utility billing proved to be confusing, especially when explaining prices.

Communicating with residents is easy

Pros

When it comes to tracking resident communication, this platform truly excels, it top-tier functionality for seamless and organized management. The lead management setup is equally impressive, offering robust features that enhance our workflow. Compared to Realpage and Yardi, Entrata outshines the competition with its in-depth, comprehensive resident demographics analysis report, delivering unmatched insights.

Cons

The rent roll report could benefit from some fine tuning and for that I generally prefer Yardi financial reports mostly.

Not the perfect one but still excellent software

Pros

All in all, what I truly value about Entrata is its user-friendly nature. It didn't take me much time to familiarize myself with it when I initially began using it. The system's structure is superbly organized and straightforward. The Entrata Help Center, with its informative articles and responsive customer support team, proves to be incredibly beneficial.

Cons

The aspect I like the least about Entrata is that when uploading documents or pictures, I can usually only do one at a time. It's not a big deal if it's just one or two items, but when I have to upload four or more, it slows me down while trying to complete my work. Additionally, there are times when Entrata is extremely slow, causing delays in loading new pages or accessing documents.

Simplifying property management

Entrata's user-friendliness is outstanding! I took advantage of the training when I was introduced to the program. The trainer's helpfulness and thoroughness left a strong impression on me. They followed up to ensure I knew exactly what to do and where to go for additional assistance. The customer service is exceptional!

Cons

I've only encountered one issue with Entrata. Some of my residents were charged extra for using a commission-based debit card without realizing the difference. However, the problem was quickly resolved.

For residential leasing & accounting, it's the BEST

Pros

With its user-friendly interface, excellent customer service, fantastic features and customizable reporting, Entrata surpasses our previous software in flexibility. They continuously strive to improve and develop additional features tailored to customer needs. Their phone support is friendly and readily available. I've never had to wait on hold. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and professional. Online tickets for in-depth issues may take some time but they always come through. While the setup process can be extensive, this is typically the case with any software transition. I must say that this transition was the smoothest I've experienced in my 30+ year career.

Cons

It can be annoying to require permissions for every little thing if you're not an Admin but once it's set up, it rarely causes problems.
