All in all, what I truly value about Entrata is its user-friendly nature. It didn't take me much time to familiarize myself with it when I initially began using it. The system's structure is superbly organized and straightforward. The Entrata Help Center, with its informative articles and responsive customer support team, proves to be incredibly beneficial.
Cons
The aspect I like the least about Entrata is that when uploading documents or pictures, I can usually only do one at a time. It's not a big deal if it's just one or two items, but when I have to upload four or more, it slows me down while trying to complete my work. Additionally, there are times when Entrata is extremely slow, causing delays in loading new pages or accessing documents.

They continuously strive to improve and develop additional features tailored to customer needs. Their phone support is friendly and readily available. I've never had to wait on hold. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and professional. Online tickets for in-depth issues may take some time but they always come through. While the setup process can be extensive, this is typically the case with any software transition. I must say that this transition was the smoothest I've experienced in my 30+ year career.

It can be annoying to require permissions for every little thing if you're not an Admin but once it's set up, it rarely causes problems.
