“EXCELLENT
Pros
Entrata is easy to use and incredibly helpful. I find joy in performing my job using this software it's fast and engaging. I can't think of anything negative about it.
Cons
The only drawback of Entrata is when the power goes out, leaving me without a computer and unable to work. It takes a few days to fix, which can be frustrating.

Pros
I really value the simplicity of creating work orders. It presents me with all the available choices without any need for speculation. Additionally, I can effortlessly submit and monitor work orders for tenants without any interruptions.
Cons
When entering the apartment number, if you don't input it exactly with the correct numbers, including the 0, it doesn't allow you to proceed with the work order.

Pros
The most significant advantage of Entrata, in my opinion, is its exceptional user-friendliness. Out of all the property management sites I've used, learning Entrata has been the easiest by far.
Cons
My main concern with Entrata is that it doesn't grant access to past residents or their accounts/ledgers. While it occasionally provides information, more often than not, it doesn't provide any data, which can cause issues when reviewing past records.

“The system that has it all
Pros
Filtering reports is a simple process. Adding leases and addendums is simple. The rent matrix for pricing is uncomplicated. The system even generates charges for upcoming move-in notices and allows applying future charges to new residents' accounts. While I don't personally use it, the bulk move-out and bulk move-in options are valuable for others. It would be great to explore the make-ready board more extensively and utilize its capabilities. The lead activity filters seamlessly integrate with applications and resident profiles. The system also generates notices for duplicate guest cards and integrates with lead platforms. The email property lead process is conveniently displayed on the activity page. Lastly, the bulk notice combining, merge leads and applicants features are highly useful.
Cons
At times, the reports take too long to buffer. The accounting reporting could use some improvement. Opting in is required for texting. The customer contact center has ceased taking resident calls.
