Getting this system up and running was very easy and the whole configuration was completed within just a few days. The onboarding process was also simple to follow. It lets us generate documents like confirmation letters, registration forms and invoices directly through the system which is very convenient. Also the pricing is quite reasonable, online payment support is available and having a 24/7 support team is a big advantage.
Cons
I feel like the multi-currency feature needs more improvement.

It's a very feature-rich hotel system and still remains simple to work with. The software keeps getting regular updates which is reassuring and the 24/7 online support has been good whenever needed. Overall it works as a complete integrated solution for hotel operations.
Cons
One limitation is that the F&B software does not have an automatic stop sell or item freeze option when something is out of stock.�It�also does not allow a single booking that combines accommodation and a banquet event which is a very common requirement in our region. For group bookings, we also need one consolidated invoice covering both accommodation and banquet charges. On top of that the invoice templates are too lengthy especially for group reservations.

eZee FrontDesk comes with pretty much every function we'd expect and it doesn't put much strain on the computer. The system is also easy to use, simple to install and having customer service available 24/7 is a real plus. On top of that the support team is generally quick to respond.
Cons
The licensing setup is confusing which can be frustrating to deal with. Another issue is that some support representatives don't seem to have a good understanding of the product.�Also it doesn't help that there's no official training offered for either end users or administrators.

A drawback is that the F&B module (eZee Burrp POS) doesn't automatically stop selling an item when it goes out of stock. It also doesn't allow a single booking to cover both accommodation and a banquet event which is a very common requirement in our region especially when a consolidated invoice is needed for group bookings. Also the invoice templates are unnecessarily long particularly for group reservations.

Working with customer support was very frustrating and they rarely offered any real solutions. It was also hard to find the specific report I needed because there are just so many report options to sort through. Everything works together really well across the fully integrated modules. We use the whole suite (Front Desk, POS, Centrix) as the channel manager and having it all connected has been a big advantage. The 24/7 support is also excellent and consistently reliable.
Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about. The software and the support have both been rock solid. If I had to point out anything the third party integration process feels a bit tedious and would be better if it were more 'plug and play' as part of the core product. I'd also consider the cloud version but the cost is much higher than continuing with the local server setup.
