Onboarding completed within days

Pros

Getting this system up and running was very easy and the whole configuration was completed within just a few days. The onboarding process was also simple to follow. It lets us generate documents like confirmation letters, registration forms and invoices directly through the system which is very convenient. Also the pricing is quite reasonable, online payment support is available and having a 24/7 support team is a big advantage.

Cons

I feel like the multi-currency feature needs more improvement.

Quick setup and reliable support

Pros

Getting the system up and running was very easy and the configuration was completed within just a few days. The onboarding process was also simple to follow. The system can generate documents like confirmation letters, registration forms and invoices which is really helpful. Pricing is quite reasonable and it also supports online payments. Another big plus is that they offer 24/7 support.

Cons

The multi currency feature still needs more improvement.

Pros

The interface is well designed, user friendly and generally easy to use although the settings menu itself is not quite as simple as the rest of the software.

Cons

A few Asian OTAs are still not supported and the booking calendar setup could definitely be made more simple.

Quick support whenever needed

Pros

eZee FrontDesk has been covering all our property management needs and the system keeps working well thanks to the quick support whenever I run into an issue.

Cons

I really do not have any major complaints at this point. The only thing that bothers me is the AMC cost that comes up every year.

reliable support for property needs

Pros

All of our property management needs have been covered up to this point and it keeps running well thanks to the quick support team whenever I come across a problem.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints at the moment. The only thing I'm not too happy about is the AMC cost that comes up every year.

After using this software for about three months, it has been quite simple to learn and gives a clear overview of hotel operations in an efficient way. It also provides the reports users need and the 24/7 live support has been very helpful. We also had training from the CSR and he shared a lot of useful information, offered strong support and stayed very patient while answering all of our questions.

After using this software for the past 3 months it has been quite simple to learn and gives a clear overview of hotel operations in an efficient way. Pros

Compared with a lot of other hotel systems this one feels much more easy and less overwhelming to use. Its simplicity makes many other platforms seem unnecessarily complicated.

Cons

The area that still feels a bit confusing is the way transactions and financial movements are handled in the system since that part can be complicated in certain situations.

Feature rich yet simple to use

Pros

It's a very feature-rich hotel system and still remains simple to work with. The software keeps getting regular updates which is reassuring and the 24/7 online support has been good whenever needed. Overall it works as a complete integrated solution for hotel operations.

Cons

One limitation is that the F&B software does not have an automatic stop sell or item freeze option when something is out of stock.�It�also does not allow a single booking that combines accommodation and a banquet event which is a very common requirement in our region. For group bookings, we also need one consolidated invoice covering both accommodation and banquet charges. On top of that the invoice templates are too lengthy especially for group reservations.
