Onboarding completed within days

Pros

Getting this system up and running was very easy and the whole configuration was completed within just a few days. The onboarding process was also simple to follow. It lets us generate documents like confirmation letters, registration forms and invoices directly through the system which is very convenient. Also the pricing is quite reasonable, online payment support is available and having a 24/7 support team is a big advantage.

Cons

I feel like the multi-currency feature needs more improvement.

Quick setup and reliable support

Pros

Getting the system up and running was very easy and the configuration was completed within just a few days. The onboarding process was also simple to follow. The system can generate documents like confirmation letters, registration forms and invoices which is really helpful. Pricing is quite reasonable and it also supports online payments. Another big plus is that they offer 24/7 support.

Cons

The multi currency feature still needs more improvement.

The interface is well designed, user friendly and generally easy to use although the settings menu itself is not quite as simple as the rest of the software.

Cons

A few Asian OTAs are still not supported and the booking calendar setup could definitely be made more simple.

Quick support whenever needed

Pros

eZee FrontDesk has been covering all our property management needs and the system keeps working well thanks to the quick support whenever I run into an issue.

Cons

I really do not have any major complaints at this point. The only thing that bothers me is the AMC cost that comes up every year.

reliable support for property needs

Pros

All of our property management needs have been covered up to this point and it keeps running well thanks to the quick support team whenever I come across a problem.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints at the moment. The only thing I'm not too happy about is the AMC cost that comes up every year.

provide clear overview

Pros

After using this software for about three months, it has been quite simple to learn and gives a clear overview of hotel operations in an efficient way. It also provides the reports users need and the 24/7 live support has been very helpful. We also had training from the CSR and he shared a lot of useful information, offered strong support and stayed very patient while answering all of our questions.

Cons

Clear hotel overview

Pros

After using this software for the past 3 months it has been quite simple to learn and gives a clear overview of hotel operations in an efficient way. It also offers the reports users need and the 24/7 live support has been very helpful. The hotel also received training from the CSR who shared a lot of useful information and support. He was very patient the entire time and answered every question we had.

Cons

simple front desk workflow

Pros

Compared with a lot of other hotel systems this one feels much more easy and less overwhelming to use. Its simplicity makes many other platforms seem unnecessarily complicated.

Cons

The area that still feels a bit confusing is the way transactions and financial movements are handled in the system since that part can be complicated in certain situations.

Feature rich yet simple to use

Pros

It's a very feature-rich hotel system and still remains simple to work with. The software keeps getting regular updates which is reassuring and the 24/7 online support has been good whenever needed. Overall it works as a complete integrated solution for hotel operations.

Cons

One limitation is that the F&B software does not have an automatic stop sell or item freeze option when something is out of stock.�It�also does not allow a single booking that combines accommodation and a banquet event which is a very common requirement in our region. For group bookings, we also need one consolidated invoice covering both accommodation and banquet charges. On top of that the invoice templates are too lengthy especially for group reservations.

feature-rich but training falls short

Pros

eZee FrontDesk comes with pretty much every function we'd expect and it doesn't put much strain on the computer. The system is also easy to use, simple to install and having customer service available 24/7 is a real plus. On top of that the support team is generally quick to respond.

Cons

The licensing setup is confusing which can be frustrating to deal with. Another issue is that some support representatives don't seem to have a good understanding of the product.�Also it doesn't help that there's no official training offered for either end users or administrators.

Feature Packed Hotel Platform

Pros

Packed with features while still being simple to work with. The software keeps getting regular updates, the 24/7 online support is reliable and it offers a fully integrated solution for hotel operations.

Cons

A drawback is that the F&B module (eZee Burrp POS) doesn't automatically stop selling an item when it goes out of stock. It also doesn't allow a single booking to cover both accommodation and a banquet event which is a very common requirement in our region especially when a consolidated invoice is needed for group bookings. Also the invoice templates are unnecessarily long particularly for group reservations.

Pros

I would have been satisfied if even 10% of what they promised had actually been delivered.

Cons

They don't follow through on any of the promises they make. Before you sign up they make it sound like they can do everything but once you're on board communication completely disappears.

Very useful

Pros

Most of the information is available right away and the system is easy to pick up while delivering very good results.

Cons

One limitation is that the text in the blocked room reason cannot be edited. Another issue is that invoices can only be created after guests have checked into a room so if the hotel is full and an overbooking happens that becomes a real problem.

helpful support, limited reports

Pros

Whenever I've needed assistance the customer support team has been helpful and responsive. The software also covers the basic functions needed to handle everyday front desk tasks so it gets the essential job done.

Cons

There are too many fields throughout the system which makes some tasks feel more tedious than they should. It's also frustrating that I can't customize my own reports so reporting feels pretty limited.

Pros

Something that really makes it stand out for me is the wide range of reports it offers. I've worked with and tested different software before and this is honestly the best feature here.

good functions but frustrating support

Pros

There are a lot of functions built into it and I appreciated the way certain parts are organized.

Cons

Working with customer support was very frustrating and they rarely offered any real solutions. It was also hard to find the specific report I needed because there are just so many report options to sort through. Other than that if I wanted to handle two different tasks at once the system would not allow it and only let me do one at a time.

Solid hotel operations

Pros

Everything works together really well across the fully integrated modules. We use the whole suite (Front Desk, POS, Centrix) as the channel manager and having it all connected has been a big advantage. The 24/7 support is also excellent and consistently reliable.

Cons

There honestly isn't much to complain about. The software and the support have both been rock solid. If I had to point out anything the third party integration process feels a bit tedious and would be better if it were more 'plug and play' as part of the core product. I'd also consider the cloud version but the cost is much higher than continuing with the local server setup.

User friendly reports I trust

Pros

Right from the start it has been very user friendly and it also lets you generate customized reports. Honestly I can say no other software has matched it for me so far.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. Out of all the software options available in the market this is still the one I prefer. Others can be tried too but my choice remains this one only.

fast customization

Pros

Helpful support has been one of the best parts and the team has been very quick to handle customization requests whenever needed.

Cons

Not much to complain about. The only minor issue was that the Stay view in version 6 felt a bit unstable while version 7 is noticeably faster and much more stable.
