Pros
It's incredibly user-friendly, and the "Help" section on the website is excellent. Our employees quickly and easily adapt to the system.
Cons
The onboarding process was initially strict, which I thought was unnecessary. However, I later realized I was grateful for it because it made the transition smooth and ensured we did things correctly.

“Terrible support - be aware

With its user-friendly interface and appealing design, Guesty simplifies property management through features like automated messages and various other useful tools.
Cons
We experienced unexpected issues one day when our account was mysteriously deactivated. Everything was normal, and our bill was paid, but the syncing stopped, making it impossible to work with the system. Just a day before, they charged us the commission for upcoming reservations, and then seemed to disconnect us without any valid reason (despite being long-term customers who did nothing wrong). It's impossible to reach the customer service team, as nobody can help, and they close my online tickets without resolving the situation.
