Guesty impresses me with its intuitive interface and comprehensive range of features and functionalities. The customer support team is exceptional, and it seamlessly integrates with numerous third-party tools.
Cons
Implementing better customization for rate strategies would greatly enhance their pricing options, similar to other pricing software that allows for both short-term rental (STR), monthly, or long-term pricing capabilities.

Pros
My experience left me with a bitter taste, and I have nothing positive to say about them. Despite their claims of being top-notch, I was gravely disappointed after paying a higher price, as the software failed to meet the expected quality standards.
Cons
Despite the promises made to me, the multicalendar offered by Guesty is quite basic and lacks features like bulk editing, which limits its functionality.

Setting up and integrating Guesty with my Airbnb listings was not hassle initially.
Cons
The conclusion of the free trial posed a problem as my Airbnb listings remained linked to Guesty, causing disruptions in my booking settings and calendar. Unfortunately, upon logging in, I encountered limited settings due to the trial ending, and despite contacting customer service, they were unable to unlink the accounts as promised. They assured me of a refund if I reactivated my account with a paid subscription, but now they have informed me that no refund will be provided.

Although rare, when Guesty functioned smoothly without any issues, it was fantastic.
Cons
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer support provided by Guesty. Their response times are significantly delayed, often taking days to address issues. To exacerbate matters, they employ automated bots that prematurely close tickets. Moreover, accessing my data has become nearly impossible, as it feels like it's being held hostage. The API performance is also disappointing, with frequent outages that lead to major synchronization issues. Urgent attention and improvement are required to rectify these critical aspects and enhance the overall user experience.

They offer a wide array of applications that can easily be integrated with and used for managing properties, particularly for regular vacation rentals.
Cons
The integration process turned into a nightmare when Guesty acquired our previous company, Kigo, and discontinued its support, forcing us to transition. The integration with Vrbo was disastrous and could have potentially put us out of business. The lack of concern from their employees was disheartening, as it seemed they cared very little about their clients.

Working with Guesty has been nothing short of fantastic! The customer service they provide is of the highest caliber. It's evident that they genuinely care about their clients' success and work diligently to ensure our businesses are well taken care of. Guesty is receptive to feedback and strives to implement updates that truly benefit property managers like us.
Cons
The static features of the reporting are the only aspect that I find least appealing. Having a more dynamic reporting system that includes information about nightly rates would be ideal.

Guesty stands out with its robustness and a wide range of features that surpass those of its competitors. Inbox assignment, the ability to access listing information from the app, and the convenience of clicking into guest profiles are a few examples of its standout functionalities.
Cons
While there were several hurdles during our initial experience with Guesty, it has evolved into a reliable solution. However, it comes with a higher cost compared to other providers, depending on the required features. I'm not particularly fond of new features being rolled out at the expense of removing ones I previously enjoyed.

Guesty has gone above and beyond to cater to our unique requirements. Everyone we've interacted with, especially our onboarder, has been exceptional. Additionally, Guesty's Help Center is unparalleled, as it provides comprehensive support with articles addressing almost any issue we encounter.
Cons
Though not a true "con," as we exclusively offer 30-day minimum stays, it would be beneficial to have the ability to use Price Optimizer on a monthly basis rather than making nightly adjustments.

The tech support at Guesty is awesome. I have monthly meetings with my dedicated Guesty success partner, which greatly enhances the software's benefits for me. Whenever I have questions, my partner promptly provides answers. They also forward my suggestions for future updates to the design team. Furthermore, Guesty consistently evolves based on their clients' needs. I specifically switched to Guesty for its trust accounting component, which conveniently consolidates all necessary information. They frequently introduce new features or enhance existing ones, enabling me to improve my efficiency and work smarter, not harder.
Cons
After using two other vacation rental platforms, I've come to realize that the setup time is a common challenge across all of them. Guesty, being a feature-rich platform, understandably requires a thorough setup process that cannot be accomplished overnight. However, they do provide comprehensive guidance through each feature during the setup, acknowledging that it's a detailed process.

Among the PMS systems we've explored, Guesty is the only one that allows us to create listings with a Grandparent, parent, child relationship, and accurately blocks the corresponding properties.
Cons
The softwares cost is too high and customer service is the worst, coupled with unrequested software changes that resulted in scheduling errors costing us thousands of dollars, have left me extremely dissatisfied.

Guesty is an excellent product that simplifies the check-in and check-out processes for guests while preventing double bookings.
Cons
The customer service at Guesty is absolutely horrible. Their products failed to deliver, resulting in the inability to secure bookings for eight of my listings. I suffered significant financial losses, and their support was unhelpful. Despite promises of involving their developers, no action was taken. It's frustrating that contacting them is only possible through tickets, without a phone number for direct communication.

The support we receive from Guesty when we have questions or encounter issues is truly exceptional. Their response time is incredibly fast, and they consistently strive to provide the best assistance. Additionally, the platform's design and layout are appealing.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that information sometimes relocates within the system. For instance, custom fields may be moved without warning. Furthermore, attempting to edit more than two custom fields simultaneously results in failure to save the changes.
