versatile platform for everyone

Pros

For our team, having Tririga as one platform with multiple modules makes it useful for a broad range of users who can all work within the same system. The forms are simple to use and the information is visible to many people which makes collaboration much easier.

Cons

I've had a positive experience using Tririga overall though the reporting features could be more user-friendly especially when it comes to working with metrics.

helpful for accounting tasks

Pros

Working with this software has been a very positive experience on the accounting side. It's very simple to use when calculating operating schedules.

Cons

Using it every day can feel a bit slow. Moving in and out of lease records could definitely be faster.

Our team has had a positive experience using this product especially because usability really matters and this one is easy to work with. It also offers modules that support different roles which makes it useful across a wider range of teams.

Cons

The training for the Tririga product could definitely be better and would help users get up to speed more effectively.

Pros

It gives us valuable opportunities to build better insights into our operations and understand what's happening across the business more clearly.

Cons

There are still issues between the Operations, Maintenance and Project systems which makes things feel disconnected.

customizable but difficult to learn

Pros

I appreciate the flexibility in this software so it lets us build whatever is needed. The UX platform is also helpful and adds value to the overall experience.

Cons

Scaling has been a challenge with it. On top of that, there isn't enough shared understanding around how the product is supposed to be used which makes adoption harder.
