While Innago has been an excellent property management solution overall, one area that could benefit from improvement is the customization options for reporting. While the platform provides standard financial reports, having the ability to customize and personalize reports according to specific requirements would be a valuable addition. I find it easy to track rent, and it's free for landlords. Tenant background and credit checks are reasonably priced, and automatic late fees are added.

The only problem I have is that it takes a considerable amount of time to receive payment when a tenant uses a new payment method. For instance, if they pay on a Sunday, it won't process until Monday, and the funds will be held until Friday, resulting in five business days, even though they claim it's only three.

Innago is the best free property management software. It allows me to create and sign leases, screen tenants with background checks, split rental payments among multiple properties and bank accounts, and integrate with tenant search websites like Zillow. It's very user-friendly. I manage seven properties, including long-term and short-term rentals, and Innago has made my life much easier.

I would appreciate an update to the mobile app because it takes a bit longer to perform tasks compared to when I'm logged in to the Innago site.

The initial tenant onboarding process could be more proactive in involving the landlord. For example, one of my tenants didn't "verify their identity" with Innago, which caused their payment to be stuck in "processing" for a week. I was not sure what the issue was, so I had to contact Innago, and they informed me that they were waiting for the tenant to get in touch with them. If they had informed me earlier, I wouldn't have had to reach out directly to Innago, saving me some time.

Many homeowners wanted to pay by credit card, but the fees from another service were too high, and there were numerous complaints. Innago offers low rates and e-checks. This year, we started using Innago for online homeowner payments, and the response has been positive. After a short learning curve, I find it easy to navigate the system.
