I paid for a credit reporting service for several months with this company and did not receive the service every time I’ve made contact with them to address the issue. I get the same cookie cutter email response that the issue will be addressed and taken care of on the 15th of the month. No changes have been made so now I’m requesting a refund which I have not received and still being told that I could not receive the service that I paid for for several months.

I really the fact that its free, straightforward to use and effortless to navigate. The customer service is exceptional, and they promptly respond to any inquiries I have via email or phone. Shortly after setting up my profile, a customer service representative reached out to me to introduce the product and assist with the setup process.

Cons

It was a bit inconvenient that I had to personally explain to my tenants how to use Innago instead of them receiving an automatic seminar, video or guidebook.

The online payment option and tenant management feature are fantastic.

I'm not fond of the fact that I can't disable the credit card option.

Despite having a multiple features, it remains user friendly, and the customer service is outstanding! I can easily screen tenants, collect rent, integrate with other software, and implement various tasks.

I made the decision to manage my own properties due to exorbitant charges and the incompetence of property companies. Among the available options, Innago appeared to be the best choice. It is cost-effective, simple to use, and the customer service is phenomenal! I spent a considerable amount of time searching for the right company to help me manage my properties, and I'm thrilled that I chose Innago! The customer service team is incredibly helpful and responsive. They guided me through the system navigation, making the whole process a breeze.

I rely on my Innago phone app for 99.9% of my property management business. Innago has become my go-to solution because it's user-friendly, customizable, and affordable. It's the first app that allows me to effortlessly manage the income and expenses of all my properties directly from my phone. Whether it's multi family units, single family homes, condos, or medium-term rentals, Innago covers it all. The ability to customize templates for applications, leases and more based on location and property is truly amazing. Keeping track of expenses used to be the most challenging task for me, but now, I can simply snap a photo of invoices and receipts with my phone and assign them to specific properties or individual units. This feature is something I absolutely love, and so does my accountant. Additionally, Innago enables me to set access levels and generate reports for partners and investors based on properties or units. I've only been self-managing for a couple of years, and since I started using Innago, I've been able to dedicate more time and money to growing my business and less time to property management.

Cons

Some invoices encounter scanning issues. When uploading invoices, they don't get scanned properly. I've faced problems with certain templates where the inserted fields shift after a signature.

Having everything on a single platform eliminates the need for multiple spreadsheets.

It's not as intuitive as I would prefer. I haven't figured out how to reconcile my bank statement with deposits through Innago.

Innago significantly reduces the back and forth communication with tenants. All the information is consolidated in one place. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, and the cost is minimal. I thoroughly enjoy using Innago.

The inability to edit templates within Innago is a drawback for me.

I'm truly impressed by how easy Innago is to use. From setting up properties and assigning tenants to configuring application parameters, creating and editing leases, tracking expenses, and monitoring income everything is a breeze. I particularly appreciate that my tenants can make payments through the app and all the information is conveniently organized by property simplifying tracking.

I recently started using Innago to manage my rental property, and I'm thrilled with all the services it offers on a single platform: listings, lease management, payment collection, expense tracking, maintenance requests and financial reporting. Other services I considered were either lacking some of these features or charged additional fees for each one. Implementing Innago has been effortless, and it has significantly improved the service provided to my tenants.

The expense tracking and financial reporting have been a bit disappointing so far. I specifically chose this system for these features, but entering expenses takes longer than expected, and the financial reporting is limited. I'm sure these things will improve over time.

Pros

I love that I can utilize my own PDF leases and customize rental applications and lease terms. Overall I appreciate the freedom Innago provides, as there are numerous customizable options available.

Cons

The app itself is quite slow. While it generally works well and offers great features, it often takes a long time for pages to load which can be frustrating, especially when I need to do my bookkeeping quickly to set up a tenant promptly.
