Paid for a service that I never received

Cons

I paid for a credit reporting service for several months with this company and did not receive the service every time I’ve made contact with them to address the issue. I get the same cookie cutter email response that the issue will be addressed and taken care of on the 15th of the month. No changes have been made so now I’m requesting a refund which I have not received and still being told that I could not receive the service that I paid for for several months.

Great for First Time Homeowner

Pros

I really the fact that its free, straightforward to use and effortless to navigate. The customer service is exceptional, and they promptly respond to any inquiries I have via email or phone. Shortly after setting up my profile, a customer service representative reached out to me to introduce the product and assist with the setup process.

Cons

It was a bit inconvenient that I had to personally explain to my tenants how to use Innago instead of them receiving an automatic seminar, video or guidebook.

Pros

I rely on my Innago phone app for 99.9% of my property management business. Innago has become my go-to solution because it's user-friendly, customizable, and affordable. It's the first app that allows me to effortlessly manage the income and expenses of all my properties directly from my phone. Whether it's multi family units, single family homes, condos, or medium-term rentals, Innago covers it all. The ability to customize templates for applications, leases and more based on location and property is truly amazing. Keeping track of expenses used to be the most challenging task for me, but now, I can simply snap a photo of invoices and receipts with my phone and assign them to specific properties or individual units. This feature is something I absolutely love, and so does my accountant. Additionally, Innago enables me to set access levels and generate reports for partners and investors based on properties or units. I've only been self-managing for a couple of years, and since I started using Innago, I've been able to dedicate more time and money to growing my business and less time to property management.

Cons

Some invoices encounter scanning issues. When uploading invoices, they don't get scanned properly. I've faced problems with certain templates where the inserted fields shift after a signature.
