Cons

“Innago is Amazing for Property Management”
Pros
The amazing customer service provided by Innago is truly commendable! I've reached out to them numerous times via phone and email with questions, and they always respond promptly. The software itself is easy to use, and as the administrator, I like that I don't have to pay the tenants handle it.
Cons
The setup process is my least favorite aspect of this software. It can be time consuming to figure out, but once I understand it I absolutely love it!

This website is incredibly user-friendly, both for my tenants and myself. I particularly enjoy the ease of creating leases and the user-friendly expense records with documentation, it makes tax season a breeze.
Cons
Despite the availability of one on one support it can take a few days to hear back from my assigned contact.

Pros
Innago is incredibly affordable for small landlords. It fulfills all my property management needs effectively without costing me much if anything at all!
Cons
There's very little I dislike about Innago. The only hiccup I experienced was with the initial payment. It took some time to link my bank account, but once it was set up, everything ran smoothly.

The ACH feature works wonders for tenants who prefer not to wait in line at the bank or pay me directly.
Cons
I wish there were more accounting features beyond expense tracking. However at that point it starts encroaching on the territory of software like QuickBooks.

I particularly appreciate the integrated features that Innago provides, such as property management, tenant screening, lease management, and analysis. It's like an "all in one" solution for managing rental properties. The integration into my existing processes was relatively seamless.
Cons
I have a few suggestions for improvement. The lease template feature feels a bit cumbersome, and the expense filtering could use more flexibility. It would also be nice to have more options for posting ads (online, email, phone, etc) Additionally a tenant screening report that provides recommendations instead of raw data would be helpful.

Not only is their software robust, but it's also free for landlords. Yes, you heard me correctly it's free! Its a comprehensive property management software that handles tenant maintenance requests, rent payments, communications, electronic leases and much more. Well done, Innago!
Cons
Currently I have no complaints! Although it would be great if they added a maintenance feature like Latchel.

Pros
This software has had a significant impact on how we operate our rentals. It has made the process smoother and easier for both us and our tenants. We find the background check feature, online payment capability for tenants, and rent payment tracking to be among the best features.
Cons
We spent a lot of time trying to format our leases to enable tenants to sign online with Innago but we have not been able to figure it out yet. Any lease changes need to be made separately and then reuploaded. Eventually, we gave up and went back to emailing leases to tenants and uploading them to Innago when they're completed.
