There was a slight learning curve, but the support from Innago was fantastic whenever I had a question.

The maintenance portal doesn't quite suit my needs, but it might be a personal preference. Setting up online documents for signatures can be a little challenging until you learn to leave enough space, but overall, it's great to be able to sign documents online.

In the future, I believe the site could improve its intuitiveness and provide more instructional videos or guides for each feature.
