“Excellent Customer Support

Pros

Our implementation manager has been excellent and supportive throughout the process, providing extensive product knowledge and valuable support.

Cons

Out-of-the-box usage is almost impossible. The marketing team is excellent, and the software has great potential, but extensive configuration is necessary. Understanding your specific needs becomes clearer as you become more familiar with the software. The initial training should be improved to better align with customer needs. A design and development app is lacking in this software, and validation of configurations is not well-supported.

Pros

The eQMS system from Intellect is easy to use and intuitive. It offers numerous configuration options and an easy-to-use app creator. The no-code platform eliminates the need for specialists to create new apps; proper training is all that's required. The system is affordable for small and medium-sized companies.

Cons

The mobile app requires improvement and appears to be neglected, necessitating some modifications. It occasionally functions improperly on Android and iOS devices and requires support in this area.

Pros

I appreciate the freedom to choose a custom configuration rather than being limited to an out-of-the-box solution. The White Glove Service for going live with our current processes was affordable, especially compared to more well-known systems. The configuration of the LMS was fully tailored to our needs within budget expectations. The system offers endless possibilities, and the staff/support during the validation process has been exceptionally helpful.

Cons

We are eagerly awaiting Intellect's completion of their ISO certifications, which is currently in progress.

Our company follows TNI 2016 and ISO 17025 standards, and it would be great if the software included a Management Review app.

The team at Intellect is truly exceptional. They have devised an impressive implementation process that ensures a swift launch while incorporating essential features unique to our Standard Operating Procedures. The ability to customize the software without the need for coding is truly a game-changer. In fact, compared to the constant challenges faced when editing Salesforce, where I also serve as our company's main configurator, making changes in Intellect is a dream. The out-of-the-box platform is ingeniously designed, allowing users to quickly get started while also providing a solid foundation for further refining the product.

Cons

By default, there's a 'Help' tab on each App, but it's currently empty and needs customer-generated content. It would be nice if this tab could be hidden until content is uploaded. Overall, the software is excellent.

I love that our team can configure a solid solution out-of-the-box that meets our specific needs. We can also create new applications to continuously improve our Quality Management System.

We weren't thrilled about having to change our document numbering system from starting at 1. However, we were able to provide metadata that allowed long-term users to find their documents using their original numbers easily.

We were able to create several applications from scratch, customizing them to our unique requirements, even without programming expertise.

Cons

It would be beneficial to divide the initial training into an Overview/End User training for key stakeholders and separate training sessions for Designers and Administrators. Since this platform is geared towards non-programmers, it should include the importance of process design, planning, documentation, and system administration in addition to application creation.

We have successfully customized this software to fulfill all our needs and even exceed our expectations.

We have required assistance from customer service when setting up certain functions. For those considering the platform, it may be wise to budget for additional support hours if you're not particularly tech-savvy. Once the system is set up, it's very intuitive. No platform is turnkey, and some have limitations, but Intellect has the capability to meet all our needs.

Uploading information and managing its flow is effortless, with a straightforward and intuitive interface.

Cons

The time to go live was significantly longer than what was initially communicated during the sales process. Customization requirements were also more extensive than anticipated, taking up a significant amount of time and effort. We didn't expect one team member to dedicate so much time to the software, and we anticipated more setup for the cost.

Whether creating our own apps or using the out-of-the-box options, we can easily configure everything. Although there is a learning curve to understand the platform's full capabilities, after training, validation, and deployment, managing it independently is very achievable. The concurrent license model is customer-focused and enables digital transformation for small to midsize companies while minimizing expenses.

The out-of-the-box applications didn't meet my needs for the medical device industry.
