“Great customer support and easy to build applications for non programmers
Pros
Intellect's QMS comes with pre-built workflows that can be modified to suit our business needs. The user-friendly interface enables customization and creation of applications, workflow processes, and reports even without programming skills. Additionally, the customer service is excellent, with responsive and understanding support staff.
Cons
For non-programmers, configuring certain items in different templates and parts of the workflow, such as email notifications, can be tedious. Having a tool like 'copy and paste' would be wonderful to streamline this process.

Pros
The customization options offered by Intellect software are extensive, providing a wide range of applications for workflow customization and work tracking.
Cons
There are very few prebuilt forms or templates that can be modified to fit specific needs. Everything needs to be built from scratch.

The ability to customize the software according to our company's requirements, coupled with the ease of doing so, has made Intellect a top choice for us. The software can be configured without programming experience, offering a high level of flexibility.
Cons
The software is not as user-friendly as other eQMS software solutions I have used in the past. Some items require configuration each time instead of being system items that can be easily configured (e.g., system fields, email notifications).

Pros
The ability to customize the software has empowered our internal personnel with in-depth knowledge, reducing reliance on external support. We were able to build the software to fit our specific requirements and process flows.
Cons
There is nothing about the software itself that I dislike. However, the interaction between Microsoft and Intellect can be cumbersome. Opening a document to make changes requires multiple clicks, such as double-clicking on the link, clicking open, enable editing, and enable content. This process is slow and requires many clicks just to access and edit a document.

Intellect Workflow allows for the creation of interactive, real-time, color-coded workflow charts and maps, providing comprehensive visibility into our business processes. Additionally, support applications are available on both Android and iOS mobile devices.
Cons
We have experienced challenges when using keywords to search document archives, and the Workflow software could be improved in this area. The types of charts provided are useful but limited in category and type. Considering the monthly subscription fees, Workflow Intellect may not be the most cost-effective solution unless there is consistent user interaction and the associated use case requires this level of management.

Intellect enables individuals without programming skills to create robust web-based applications and native mobile apps for iOS and Android devices. The native mobile apps, including offline capabilities, allow users to capture data even without an internet connection.
Cons
The software lacks advanced field or data manipulation capabilities, such as substring operations, formatting, converting from text to number, or concatenation. It would benefit from increased programming and procedural capability, as well as the option to manipulate more complex SQL statements. The charting capability could also be improved24. It would be great if we had the ability to develop more applications, but this is not a negative aspect of Intellect itself. It is more of a limitation for my company.
