Pros
The platform offers complete customization options for users. Users can create templates, workflows, tables, and apps to suit their needs. It functions well as a cloud app, unaffected by company firewalls or servers. Most design practices are consistent across the apps. The ability to handle large amounts of data is efficient. The admin panel and audit features are highly beneficial, and the error/troubleshooting logs are excellent.
Cons
Depending on the specific needs of your company, certain applications may require more customization than others. The speed of design is highly dependent on the user's version. Some on-screen errors provide limited information for troubleshooting. Additionally, occasional logouts from the site can occur.

Pros
Intellect's Document Control lives up to its promises. Our SOPs are well-organized, securely stored behind our firewall, accessible internally (not externally), and only the latest version can be modified. This eliminates the need for stacks of paper waiting for signatures and confusion about the latest modifications.
Cons
As an on-premise installation with Windows server and Mac clients, we encountered unique changes required by our regulations. The installation process took considerably longer than expected. However, once Intellect was installed, it delivered the advertised functionality.

Cons
Although the initial cost of the system is lower than most, the licensing and support fees can quickly accumulate, especially for smaller organizations that require system access for all employees. System Administrator training in-depth would have been beneficial. If only a few people are managing and configuring the system, professional support services may be necessary, which incurs additional costs. The Intellect team accommodated our unique needs and adjusted the pricing and licensing options to fit our budget. The out-of-the-box QMS applications are primarily geared towards manufacturing but can be customized.
