“hospitality reporting breakthrough
Pros
Year end reporting had me completely stressed out. I'd spent the whole year fighting with systems that couldn't organize the data the way I needed and eventually I gave up and went back to doing monthly spreadsheets. Then I suddenly needed a detailed consolidated report for the full fiscal year and I was on a tight deadline. I was not excited to try another platform because the previous one felt so limiting and frustrating. The AI took a little time to get used to at first and I'll admit it felt a bit strange in the beginning but once I kept working with it everything started to click. Before long I was able to understand the reports it generated and get exactly the information I needed. It even showed me how to build my own reports from scratch with the freedom to display whatever data I want. No restrictions, tons of useful options and everything was simple enough to learn without needing any technical background. This is hands down the best technology I've seen in the hospitality industry.
Cons
Don't have anything negative to say. The software keeps evolving and getting better all the time. I've been with them since before the AI features were introduced and it feels like I'm constantly learning new things because they're always ahead of the curve.

“Packed with innovation

This platform feels incredibly innovative. New, mind blowing features keep getting added though not all are easy to figure out. It includes a built in AI assistant and the client support is excellent with a dedicated CSM. There are generally many settings and options to explore and the amount of value it delivers goes far beyond being just a PMS.
Cons
I do run into glitches from time to time. That's probably part of having a platform that's constantly evolving which is both a benefit and a drawback. Still those issues can affect daily operations and get frustrating. I expect it to get better over time as the product improves and feedback is addressed. The platform can also be confusing at times since it's not always clear what certain settings actually control or execute.

“Best technology move yet
Pros
Having a dedicated account representative has been the biggest advantage for me. He's incredibly well informed, responds fast and already knows my history, past questions and how my company operates. Very few PMS providers offer that kind of personalized support unless you're paying extra for it. It makes a huge difference compared with being routed through a generic customer service phone or email queue where you have to explain everything from scratch each time. The AI feature has also been great! It's usually the first place I go anytime I'm unsure about something. The guidance is clear, easy and broken down step by step which helps a lot since I'm not especially tech savvy. Another thing I really appreciate is that they actually pay attention to customer feedback. I've passed along tweaks and suggestions through my personal account rep and within just a few weeks I saw those improvements rolled out. That level of responsiveness is honestly amazing! Before moving forward with the software I tested two other big name software platforms and disliked both of them. They were clunky, difficult to use and the customer support was disappointing so I ended up walking away from each one. I spent close to a year researching other options and kept circling back to this. Every comparison seemed to point me back here. Eventually I stopped searching and fully committed to this software and it has easily been the best technology decision I've made.
Cons
At first the mobile app felt underdeveloped and in STR management that matters because we're not always sitting in front of a laptop. Over time though it became clear they had been prioritizing the full platform first. Not long after they started putting more focus on the app as well. A lot of the suggestions I shared seem to have been taken seriously and it's been improving more and more every day.

“handy console with useful integrations
Pros
Running our BnB is more manageable with it because the console is simple to use and the integration with several third party tools adds a lot of convenience.
Cons
Support coverage in the Australian time zone is a bit limited. The team is always willing to help but the timing can be tricky sometimes. They keep rolling out new features although the training around them feels somewhat limited.

Pros
Right from the start it has felt very use friendly. The interface is clean and well organized so managing properties and reservations is easy. Its automation tools save me a lot of time especially when it comes to guest communication and handling check ins. Nia (the AI super agent) also makes guest support and interactions much quicker and more efficient.
Cons
I haven't run into any real issues with it. Everything has worked very well for me. If I were to suggest one improvement it would be adding the ability to upload short videos for arrival guides particularly for properties that are harder to access.

“Smart pricing and helpful support
Pros
One of the best parts is the smart pricing and a lot of tasks happen automatically without me having to stay on top of everything. That has been a huge help. Having one main point of contact also makes a big difference. Their team has been amazing and has helped me a lot especially since it takes time to understand all the intricacies of the platform.
Cons
Something I really wish they offered is an 800 customer service number. There are times when something urgent comes up and the general email support has not replied as quickly as I've needed.

Pros
Having all things bundled into a single platform has been a huge plus for us. We've also really been enjoying all the AI features it keeps introducing.
Cons
I'd still like to see improvement in the photo upload process for listings since it feels a bit inconvenient. VRBO inquiries are also tough to wok with although that may be more of a VRBO issue than something this software can actually control.

Pros
Everything for our property management being in one place has made a big difference for us. As the business has expanded into more channels especially direct booking this software has become the central system we rely on to run the important parts of the operation without jumping between tools. The integration with Airbnb which is our main channel has worked really well.
Cons
A few things still need work. First the VRBO integration needs to be stronger because it still feels limited. Right now our VRBO payment setup charges guests for the full stay upfront and that has frustrated some guests. It could be a setting I haven't adjusted yet but if not offering incremental payment options for VRBO bookings would be a helpful improvement. Another thing that would make the platform better is the ability to set a default property. Since we only have one property having to choose it again from a dropdown every time I move to a different screen feels unnecessary and adds extra time and effort. A simple 'make this my default' option in the UI would solve that and it wouldn't affect users managing multiple properties since they would still be able to select whichever property they need. Channel updates from Wheelhouse could also happen faster. Lastly we can't change the email address it has assigned to us for Wheelhouse which is a bit inconvenient even though we've been able to work around it.

Pros
Having it all connected with other platforms gives me a single place to see all my listings at a glance and it works with most of the platforms I use.
Cons
The pricing is the only real downside. For just one property it feels a bit expensive. The base plan includes two properties but since I only manage one that setup doesn't really benefit me.

Compared with other options this has brought a lot of meaningful improvements and upgrades. The integrations are especially important and add a lot of value.
Cons
Like most startups it's still going through some growing pains. A few parts of the functions feel a bit clunky and not as accessible yet but it's clear the team is actively working to improve them.

Cons

Cons
There were only a couple of small issues at first like the NIA icon not appearing and NIA not responding to inquiries but those were resolved quickly and everything is now working properly.

Getting everything online set up at first can feel pretty overwhelming but the support team was amazing! They guided me through the process step by step and were always available to answer every question I had.
Cons
Working in the STR space in general meant there were a lot of hosting tools I still had to understand and put in place before expanding beyond just Airbnb. I'm the type of person who wants every detail checked and rechecked before going live so there was definitely a lot to go through. Still their team did an excellent job helping me figure out all of it.

The interface is really user friendly and simple to work with. On top of that the support team is outstanding and has been a huge help in keeping my business running successfully.
Cons
It is still a startup but it has a strong vision and I believe they're on track to reach their goals. There are just a few small things in the calendar and pricing areas that could be refined to make things more user friendly. I'm still able to get everything done though with a few adjustments there could be fewer steps involved.

Just getting started with the software and it's been a really positive experience so far. Having all the tools I need gathered in one place is a huge plus. Managing a rental property can get pretty hectic especially when you're short on time and still learning the ropes. This PMS has been a huge help because the inbox is excellent, I can see messages from all my different channels in one place and respond to each of them without jumping around. The Turno integration has also been an excellent find for our team.
Cons
Getting my head around all of the integrations felt a little confusing in the beginning but their regular updates and responsive support team have made a big difference. They've been doing a lot to make everything more understandable for users like me who are still new to this kind of technology.

Running my villa has become so much simpler now that I only need to check one site instead of jumping between countless websites. Their AI has also been incredibly helpful especially for replying to guest reviews in the guest's own language which has made things much more convenient for me.

Cons

It can provide recommendations and clear instructions without requiring us to dig through our knowledge base software which has helped reduce overhead while still preserving the high standard of customer service we promise our clients.
