I really like this software; it's very easy to use. I don't use all the features, but it's still good value for the ones I do use. It has significantly reduced the time I spend on my accounts, which is great since it's not something I enjoy.

An asset register within the software would be very useful.

I own five apartments and a short-term rental. This software makes recording expenses, tracking, and tax reporting very easy.

I like being able to keep all details regarding properties in one place, including copies of the lease, receipts, etc. It simplifies bookkeeping and organization immensely.

No major cons, just areas for improvement. For instance, ways to track subsidized payments along with the tenant portion, faster fund transfers, renters insurance for tenants through the portal, and assigning maintenance to vendors.

This product is very easy to use. I mostly taught myself by experimenting with it, and the support team is great.

There's nothing I dislike. It really is that good.
