full control and secure bookings

Pros

Having full control over my property is what I value most about the software especially since there are no commission fees going to third party platforms. Using it also gives me a reassuring sense of security.

Cons

One thing I'm not happy with is that the pricing doesn't really drop even when you only use certain services offered through the platform.

Great tool for property managers

Pros

Managing multiple properties takes a lot less effort with this software which is exactly what I needed as a property manager. It lets me manage several listings with custom pricing, guest communication and other useful features all in one system. The platform has been fairly simple to work with and whenever something isn't immediately clear their team is very willing to walk me through it. Overall it has been an excellent tool for my business.

Cons

The part that slows me down is the messaging since conversations are spread across different places. Because of that it takes longer than it should to figure out what I'm looking at and what needs attention. I really think that workflow could be organized in a much cleaner way.

all bookings in one place

Pros

Running our bookings through this has made things much more easy. It keeps our reservations, calendar syncing and guest messages together in one place which really helps. The platform is simple to use and works really well for what we need.

Cons

Getting the channel syncing set up at the beginning was a bit tricky to figure out but after a one on one meeting everything was cleared up and sorted out.

poor support after purchase

Pros

Customer service was helpful while I was evaluating this software and the initial setup process went fairly well.

Cons

After I bought it the customer support dropped off badly and they were often unresponsive even after several follow ups. Other than that a discount that was promised during the sales process was never honored and my attempts to get it resolved have gone unanswered.

powerful tools

Pros

Being able to manage bookings across multiple platforms directly from this is a big advantage. The calendar is easy to use and the competitor section is especially useful for tracking market trends.

Cons

At the same time we still need additional training to fully understand some of the features we are not yet familiar with and there are extra charges for functions that are not activated. We also have to rely on PriceLabs for dynamic pricing because this platforms own pricing option is too expensive.

Complete booking powerhouse

Pros

Busines has become much more manageable with this software because it brings everything into one polished system. It keeps my Airbnb and Booking.com calendars synced, helps me avoid double bookings, automates guest messaging and produces clear, professional owner reports. On top of that it gives me a branded direct booking website which helps improve my margins and lets NamStay grow without creating extra operational mess.

Cons

The subscription price starts to stand out more as I add more properties especially while NamStay is still growing and I need to keep a close eye on margins.

simple setup and website control

Pros

Getting started with it was easy and the setup didn't take much effort. Once a few bugs were worked through the integrations performed well and managing the website side of things was also pretty simple.

Cons

One limitation is that the product still isn't completely integrated across every platform since there seems to be more focus on the platform side. For example not every platform offers full integration from a single source.

Good features

Pros

Very simple to start off with and the platform is packed with useful features. The customer support has also been excellent and the website builder is a big plus especially being able to use your own domain name.

Cons

The biggest gap at the moment is the lack of Expedia/Hotels.com integration. Also the VRBO sync isn't particularly useful for boutique hotels.

Great usability

Pros

Using it has been really simple and the support team is far better than with any other management software I've used before. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for this kind of software.

Cons

Something that would make it even better is showing the actual Airbnb payout amount. Right now it displays the total before Airbnb commission and for accounting purposes and possible refunds it would be much easier to calculate what's needed if the final payout figure was included.

helpful onboarding support

Pros

Right from the start the support team gave us a lot of help getting everything set up when we joined the platform last year.

Cons

It does require some learning on the users part. Building the website for instance took me a fair amount of time and patience.

Flexible builder

Pros

Getting around the platform feels very easy and the customer support team has been incredibly quick to respond whenever needed. I still need to spend more time exploring the website builder so I can make my site more interactive but I'm happy that it gives me the tools to do that.

Cons

There's some delay before email messages I receive directly from Airbnb show up in the platforms system.

Pros

Easy to get a property listed across many platforms and I only have to manage everything from one place.

Cons

Nothing specific to complain about right now. If anything I'd suggest continuing to improve the overall user interface so tools are even more accessible.

Reliable even for one property

Pros

From the beginnning this product has been simple to use and delivers exactly what it promises. It stays very useful even if you only manage a single property.

Cons

Property management area still feels a bit messy although it keeps getting improved over time. I'm confident this will continue to get better in future releases.

direct bookings boost our brand

Pros

Having the direct booking website builder has made a huge difference for us. It's given us the ability to create and manage our own brand presence instead of depending completely on OTAs.

Cons

Reporting features in it could be more detailed. The initial setup and integration also requires some time to get comfortable with.

Stellar support

Pros

Setting up a polished direct booking website for our gite in France was completely doable with this software and it keeps availability synced with Airbnb and Booking.com. The platform is very user friendly and I had the site live within the trial period so choosing to buy it felt like a no risk decision. Connecting it to secure payment processing through Stripe was easy. We also use the automated pricing optimization feature which gives me real confidence that we're making the most of both nightly rates and occupancy. The AI help system is outstanding. Nearly every question I had was answered quickly and on the few occasions I needed human support, the team was fast and incredibly helpful. Honestly it's some of the best customer service I've ever received from a software company. The help articles especially around SEO have also been genuinely useful for improving results. Our property now ranks at the top for our main search terms and we're getting direct bookings through Google Maps.

Cons

Vrbo integration was initially far more difficult than it should have been. However it has now been resolved and to be fair the technical issues were really on Vrbo's side with a messy patchwork of outdated systems from years of acquisitions and stitched together integrations.

quick setup

Pros

Getting the account set up was very well handled and the team did a great job explaining how the system works. Everything was delivered on time and I never had to wait around for login access.

Cons

At this point I really haven't run into any downsides. The platform has been simple to navigate so there isn't really anything I'd point to as a negative.

simple to use

Pros

Simple to use and whenever I've had questions the responses have come back quickly. The onboarding was also really thorough which made the whole process feel comfortable and reassuring.

Cons

There honestly isn't much to complain about. If I had to point to anything the time difference for support and some of the free webinars has come up but it's barely been an issue for me.

Reliable guest updates

Pros

Booking feels secure, guest messages go out on time and the system handles reservations efficiently. I also appreciate that the calendar prevents any booking conflicts.

Cons

At the same time the calendar can look a bit cluttered when trying to check things quickly at a glance. Website bookings through Google also don't seem to work properly in the UK and I've had the same issue with Vrbo.

Calendar sync with alerts

Pros

One of the biggest benefits has been the calendar sync especially because it helps prevent double bookings which is absolutely huge. I also get a little boost every time a new reservation comes in thanks to the "Ka-Ching!" sound alert on my phone. It honestly makes my day :)

Cons

The part I really wish it handled better is taking credit card payments directly for Booking.com reservations. Cancellations and no shows are really hurting my business and right now there's no way for me to collect the cancellation fees that Booking.com applies.

helpful onboarding

Pros

Felt much more manageable to start off with thanks to their support team and the onboarding process. This one rep from onboarding was especially helpful and my experience with the platform has been very positive so far.

Cons

Pricing feature could still be improved compared with PriceLabs. It was a little confusing at first although I eventually figured out how to use it.

Accessible dashboard

Pros

Right away the interface feels accessible and simple to move around and the customer service is genuinely outstanding. The tech support team really goes the extra mile to troubleshoot problems and make sure everything is working the way it should. After the initial setup is done handling listings and daily operations becomes very easy.

Cons

A few parts of the website and listing workflows still feel a little difficult. At times I need to publish changes first and then return to the backend to undo or tweak something so the updates display correctly across platforms. It's a strange workaround but it does get the job done.

phenomenal support and follow up

Pros

Whenever I reach out to them the customer support has been phenomenal. They don't just answer my questions, they also follow up with detailed emails which has been really helpful!

Cons

There are still a few bugs I'd love to see fixed like only allowing even hour check ins and check outs and I also wish the pricing were a bit less expensive.

adaptable listings and strong value

Pros

Starting with the software was fairly simple and the setup process felt pretty easy. The listing management is accessible which makes daily use much more convenient. I also appreciate that payments can go straight to my bank account through the Stripe integration. Also customer support has responded quickly and overall it feels like really good value for the money.

Cons

The harder part was setting up the other channels that need to be managed alongside it. It would be much better if there were an information import/export option.

booking management win

Pros

It has been a really powerful tool for us and it makes booking management much more manageable. The part I appreciate most though is the support team, they've been the standout feature for me.

Cons

Only thing it still doesn't offer is AI crawler support for the website. I really hope the developers add this in the future because a lot of younger people now search for accommodation through AI so it feels like something that should become a must have.

has smart messaging

Pros

Running everything across multiple booking platforms is much more manageable and it helps keep the business operating smoothly. The inbox messaging is easy to use and the AI options are really helpful when communicating with guests.

Cons

Finance and reporting features are fairly limited on the starter plan. I also can't view the full monthly calendar on my laptop when using it on a single screen.
