“A bit confusing
Pros
It had several modules that I considered essential for my business.
Cons
I tried this software but chose another. The interface was confusing, and it wasn't clear what to do at first glance. The setup was extremely difficult and couldn't be done independently. The price was also very high, with setup fees included.

“Property and vacation management at its best!
Pros
The free trial is excellent. Customer service is outstanding and knowledgeable about the product. The payment management system makes processing payments to and from clients easy and secure. This product makes it simple to import data from other sources like Airbnb.
Cons
I would like it if this software supported a larger number of properties per account, but it works for what I need.

“Easy to set up and use!
Pros
Lodgix is easy to navigate and integrates smoothly. The customer support is excellent, and the online guide is extensive and genuinely beneficial.
Cons
The only minor issue I've had is that I would like to charge a pet fee per pet per night. Currently, the software only allows charging per pet per stay. For properties where stays are the same length, that's not a problem, but my properties have varying lengths of stay, and I want to charge more for longer stays with pets due to increased wear and tear and cleaning needs.

After a lengthy setup process, I got everything running smoothly on my site after a minor setup issue.
Cons
I asked a question about an issue with the WordPress install, and they suggested I shouldn't try to learn WordPress, even though I'm a network admin and already know it. They advised going to Wix and dropping the HTML into my site, which was terrible advice. When I said I didn't need to learn WordPress and if the plugin didn't work, maybe I should move on, the owner agreed I should just move on. With such poor customer service, I don't see why anyone would use this software. I own a large property management company and wanted to try this out, but now I'll stick with what I have. “Accurate and Easy to use.
Pros
One central location for editing my rental listings, fully integrated with the leading rental websites.
Cons
I have to create my own monthly earned income report for taxes. They only have a check-in monthly income report instead of reporting actual deposits for future dates and when balances are paid for current accounting months.

Pros
Easy integration with major channels like HomeAway and Airbnb. Sync availability, rates, and listing details from one source. A flat fee per listing makes it affordable.
Cons
Airbnb integration incurs an additional 1% charge. There's no native messaging through the Lodgix app. Customer service can be slow, taking hours to respond through online chat. The interface is confusing, making certain features hard to find. There's no dynamic pricing support, and it lacks integration with some smaller channels.

Pros
Integrated payment processing, customizable email and invoice templates, automated trigger emails, custom rules/pricing, integrates with our website, HomeAway, TripAdvisor. Two-way calendar sync, and extensive reporting functions/exporting to Excel or PDF is straightforward.
Cons
You can't import data, and it takes time to set up if you don't have experience with CRM/VRM systems. However, they'll schedule a time to guide you via phone or web conference. I set up this software using their online guides and manuals, some googling, and late nights when customers weren't calling.

The ability to fully integrate HomeAway/VRBO, TripAdvisor/FlipKey, and Booking.com has been great...AND...iCal syncing with nearly everyone else!

Syncing features. Ability to do billing, including all documents like offers, invoices, etc. Love the Stripe integration.
Cons
I had to ask a lot of questions, but support was extremely helpful. I don't like that they don't differentiate between kids above and below two years old like Airbnb does.
