“Support and transition was a nightmare
Pros
We've really tried to find something to like here but there's genuinely nothing worth praising.
Cons
The team that was supposed to transition us over, the Customer Support, all the "glitches" that keep popping up, the way they try to train you. We've been on this thing for over a month now and it's been an absolute nightmare. When we were moving over, nobody gave us proper instructions. The second that agreement was signed and they had our money, we were completely on our own. Literally. You have to teach yourself because all they do is fire off "links" at you. We've had to track down higher ups just to get someone to talk to us, and even then we just get passed around to different people who don't know anything.

“template building is too complicated
Pros
Everything lives under one login which is nice and I'll admit the site itself looks pretty sharp.
Cons
Building templates is way more complicated than it needs to be. The support people clearly don't know what they're talking about and sound like they're just reading lines off a paper. There was zero actual training from a real person before we went live. On the actual day we were supposed to start, our contact person hadn't even given my team their login info. We ended up getting it from our website developer instead.

“simple to operate and figure out
Pros
The whole thing runs simple and you don't need a degree to figure it out.
Cons
I can't shift the paid to date forward no matter what I try. Other than that though, I honestly can't think of any downsides.

“support was so helpful
Pros
I basically taught myself how to use this without any help. And on the rare occasion I do run into something, their customer support actually comes through.
Cons
Nothing bad comes to mind. But I will say they could pick a different color for the site. This one's kind of blah.

“support always nice!!
Pros
Whenever something comes up or I have questions, the people on the other end are always nice about it and don't make me feel stupid.
Cons
The automatic payments are driving me crazy. Half the time they don't post right to customer accounts and then I've got people calling me wondering why their payment didn't go through.
