“simple to operate and figure out
Pros
The whole thing runs simple and you don't need a degree to figure it out.
Cons
I can't shift the paid to date forward no matter what I try. Other than that though, I honestly can't think of any downsides.

Pros
I basically taught myself how to use this without any help. And on the rare occasion I do run into something, their customer support actually comes through.
Cons
Nothing bad comes to mind. But I will say they could pick a different color for the site. This one's kind of blah.

“support always nice!!
Pros
Whenever something comes up or I have questions, the people on the other end are always nice about it and don't make me feel stupid.
Cons
The automatic payments are driving me crazy. Half the time they don't post right to customer accounts and then I've got people calling me wondering why their payment didn't go through.
