Efficient workflow

Pros

It's easy to understand and works very efficiently in day to day use.

Cons

A recurring annoyance is getting logged out of the account and needing to sign back in repeatedly.

simple setup, works for everything

Pros

Getting started with this software was really easy and it's been simple to use from day one. I rely on it across all of my work and it fits into everything I need to do.

Cons

Honestly it's difficult to point out any real fault with it. I haven't run into any actual issues aside from the occasional mistake on my own end.

Future ready forecasting tools

Pros

It is easy to use and it feels built with the future in mind. It's especially strong when it comes to forecasting which has been really valuable!

Cons

A few daily reports are still missing such as an airport transfer list so there are some gaps in the reporting side.

Clean design

Pros

Design feels polished and the system is pleasant to use overall. Support has also been excellent and even the director has been involved and helpful which really stands out :)

Cons

Some features are still unavailable at the moment and are currently being developed.

Great support throughout

Pros

Mobile convenience

Pros

The layout is simple and the platform works really well on mobile devices.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the login process since it feels a little slow. It would be much better to have fingerprint or facial recognition as an option for quicker access.

Responsive team

Pros

What really makes the software stand out is the team behind it. There are plenty of management systems that feel completely impersonal but with this one you're dealing with real people you can actually call and talk to. It genuinely feels like their team is part of our business rather than just another piece of software.

Cons

The only downside was my own struggle to fully understand how everything worked at first but thankfully their helpful team was always just a phone call away and answered my questions quickly and clearly.

good help and flexibility

Pros

Using this software everyday has been easy for both front of house staff and housekeepers. It adapts well to the specific way each business operates which makes it feel flexible rather than restrictive. Other than that the customer support has been excellent.

Cons

Integrations with Kounta and Xero have been an issue for the way I manage my business. I'm also not happy that the default payment option can't be changed even though it does let you add extra payment options.

booking engine saves time

Pros

Running my daily business has been much easier with the booking engine and PMS system I'm currently using. Both are simple to work with, really helpful and they save me a lot of time.

Cons

Something I'm still unsure about is how guests are supposed to purchase a voucher. I hope that function gets resolved.

Amazing for guest records

Pros

Has become really easy to run our guest house with this software every day. The system is simple to work with and it stores all the information from past guests which is especially useful when returning guests book with us again. I'm very happy with this software and would absolutely recommend this booking system to any accommodation business :)

Cons

At this point I really haven't run into any issues serious enough to say there's something I dislike about the software.

reliable OTA syncing

Pros

The software has been excellent. We've never run into any issues with OTA synchronization!

Cons

A thing that still doesn't work well is the coupon discount feature because the coupon isn't redeemed after the customer completes the booking. As a result we have to handle it manually.

clunky booking engine limits control

Pros

The Xero integration is the only real positive for me at the moment and that's about all I can point to right now.

Cons

A frustrating part is not being able to update information on the booking engine ourselves since every change has to go through their staff. On top of that the customer booking side feels a bit clunky and not very polished.

smooth fit for our business

Pros

Getting it set up with the way we already run our business was very simple and it integrated well with our existing processes.

Cons

Something still missing is the Google channel that was introduced last year. We also know other PMS platforms don't charge to view guest card details so it feels like that should already be included in the package.

helpful team

Pros

Using this software has been really easy and the team is always very helpful when questions come up. The support library is also there when I need a quick reminder on how to do something.

Cons

It would be much better if I could see right away whether guests had fully paid without needing to open each booking. It would also help to have notes visible at a glance next to the guest's name plus a notes section on the calendar so things like Easter weekend can be seen as soon as the bookings page opens.

Other software integration

Pros

Easy to operate, the connection with Xero works perfectly and the overall functions are really strong.

Cons

One thing that needs fixing is the handling of extra persons. When I add extra guests and send a confirmation email the message doesn't show the number of additional people so I have to edit it manually. Also when extra persons are added the extra fees it calculates don't match the actual amount.

Finally the right hospitality fit!

Pros

After 35 years working in hospitality this is hands down the best software package I've used. Honestly my whole opinion can be summed up in one word: finally!

Cons

My only frustration is that we didn't come across this software sooner before going through two other software programs first.

better service entry workflow

Pros

We switched to this because adding all of our services in Resbook was such a frustrating and time consuming process.

Cons

A few things still need work though. We can't refund money back to agents directly in the software so that always means getting tech support involved. It would also be really useful to edit service dates. For example if a guest stayed 3 nights and we forgot to add a bottle of wine to the first night the receipt ends up showing the wine on the last night instead. I'd also rather invoice the agent inside this software instead of Xero and keep the booking highlighted until the payment has been made.

integrated and user friendly

Pros

Everything feels really well connected in this product which makes it very simple to use. I also appreciate being able to assign different access levels to staff and the reporting options you can generate from the system are very useful. Other than that their customer service has been excellent.

Cons

Something that would improve it even more is the ability to scroll across while viewing bookings rather than needing to select each date manually.

Stellar booking hub

Pros

Once everything was configured managing bookings felt quite easy and all the key details were conveniently kept together in the booking record. I also really appreciated the free marketing and hotel management resources which were genuinely useful.

Cons

However starting off was the hard part. Because so much of the setup had to be done manually on our side learning how the software actually worked was pretty frustrating in the beginning. If you weren't already familiar with the system and the terminology it could be confusing at times especially with the software acting as the PMS while STAAH was being integrated at the same time as the booking engine and channel manager. Since they are two separate systems that seem to operate differently it took a while to properly understand how they connected. Apart from that we were switching over from another PMS so there were also challenges with transferring the right information correctly. Overall changing systems involved a lot more work than we originally expected.

all in one booking control

Pros

Loading guest details is very easy. It works as a one stop place for bookings, payments and channel management which helps prevent overbookings. Pulling any data needed for accounting is also very simple.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. It's been very useful overall and even checking bookings from my phone has been convenient.

friendly software

Pros

Great cloud based PMS

Pros

Running a hotel or motel feels much simpler with this because the software keeps things simple without sacrificing its capabilities. The cloud based setup lets our team sign in remotely from phones, iPads and laptops no matter where they are which has been incredibly useful. Training new staff is also about as good as it gets since the system is built in a way that works for just about anyone. On top of that their support team is consistently available and ready to help with whatever comes up at any time. Honestly this has been the best PMS we've used!

Cons

I don't have any drawbacks to talk about. The team is always working on new integrations and continuing to improve the product. They also listen to feedback and keep you updated when new features are released.

still love it!

Pros

overpriced and unresponsive

Pros

There wasn't a single thing about the software that stood out to me in a positive way.

Cons

Customer service was basically nonexistent and they showed no real willingness to listen to customer feedback. Even simple software changes didn't seem possible which is frustrating for a company that develops software. Also it feels far too expensive for such a very basic system.

Good for housekeeping teams

Pros

Getting started with it has been very easy and every new feature they roll out has also been simple to pick up. The Housekeeping feature is especially handy since it's easy to print and update bed details in each room. The software is developing quickly and the team is wonderful to work with. The staff I manage really enjoy using it as well.

Cons

No real complaints to mention for now but if anything the UI flow could maybe be refined a little more.
