Pros
The accounting aspect is crucial and Propertyware excels at it. However, I wish you didn't need to be an actual accountant or bookkeeper to figure out how to make adjustments. This part is difficult and can take a lot of time to figure out.
Cons
The statements need more customization options. Several LLC owners want to see their Reserves itemized on their monthly statements.

The accounting part isn't easy to navigate. Also, if a tenant or landlord is no longer involved, they still receive statements. There should be a way to pause their status without removing them completely.

When I need basic assistance, the support staff is efficient.
Cons
Our late fee application has been an ongoing issue. We didn't charge late fees until June 2022, after our Governor lifted the eviction moratorium. Despite escalating the issue to a "team leader," there's been no resolution. Even the software owner is now involved and facing the same lack of response.
