“Pros and cons
Pros
Setting up reports, tenants, and new properties is simple.
Cons
The document sync feature is broken. You can't have multiple tabs open in a browser because PW duplicates entries.

“Why NOT to buy or use Propertyware
Pros
It handles multiple properties, owners, and units quite efficiently.
Cons
Changing or modifying entries after they've been entered is extremely difficult. The program lacks flexibility and options for personal settings. I feel the developers focus too much on the management aspects and not enough on the accounting side.

“Overall Look into PropertyWare
Pros
Easy to learn and teach others. The pricing is great for small businesses.
Cons
You can't access a Chart of Accounts by typing in the name; you have to remember the number. This is very challenging with our extensive chart of accounts.

“NO CRP and it is the 13th
Pros
We've been using Propertyware since 2013. Each year, we must issue tenants CRPs by January 31. This has never changed. Last year, the CRP function wasn't available until the 9th. This year, it's still not ready, and they hope to have it by the 24th! This is unacceptable. The system is costly, and this recurring issue is pushing me to consider switching systems in 2022.
Cons
The move-out inspection process is not easy to use.
