At times, it operates sluggishly, which is quite frustrating. It crashes unexpectedly, causing me to lose the page I was on.

My main issue revolves around the screening system for Equifax. Even a minor error on the prospect page prevents the Equifax score from generating, forcing me to contact support two to three times weekly.

Main issues: 1. Our company website is often down. 2. Work orders disappear. 3. Applications vanish, requiring tenants to reapply and pay again. 4. Duplicate checks sometimes pay vendors twice. 5. Some owners aren't paid each month, so I have to manually check after every reconciliation. 6. Customer service is in India; the techs are great but can't solve these issues, calling them glitches.
