“Setup on RentPost was smoother than I expected
Pros
I figured switching to a new PMS would be a hassle, but RentPost’s layout actually made sense right away. I had all my properties and tenants added by the end of the weekend. Didn’t even have to call support once.
Cons
No mobile app, which kinda sucks when I’m not at my desk because I don’t always have access to my computer.

“The messaging feature on this PMS keep things on record
Pros
Now tenants message me directly through the online portal instead of texting or using WhatsApp. It keeps everything organized, and I don’t lose track of conversations or forget what I said. No credit card required for the trial period, which was 30 days.
Cons
I had a bit of a hard time setting it up. So did some of my tenants. I guess, if they could come up with a simpler interface, it'd be much easier for many.

“Rent collection actually feels automatic now
Pros
Before I started using RentPost, rent day meant manually checking spreadsheets and stressing over missed payments. Now, tenants get automatic reminders, pay online, and I just get a notification when the money’s in. It’s seriously that easy.
Cons
I really wish there were SMS reminders too. Emails sometimes go unread.

“Tenant screening isn’t a gamble anymore
Pros
1. This PMS pulls credit and eviction reports directly through TransUnion, which saves me a ton of time. 2. Honestly, it feels way more professional than just googling someone’s name and crossing my fingers. 3. It gives me the confidence to either approve or move on without second-guessing myself.
Cons
The UI on the screening side could use a bit more detail or tooltips to guide decisions. But, honestly, it’s great on its own.

“Recurring charges are finally something I don’t forget, thanks to RentPost
Pros
1. Pet rent, CAM fees, utilities, all get added automatically each month 2. I can pause them when needed, which is underrated 3. Only 29 a month and a dollar per unit. Seriously affordable compared to others.
Cons
UX was a little weird at first. Took a minute to get used to how charges are set up.

“Automated rent reminders of RentPost took away all the awkward convos
Pros
1. RentPost sends rent reminders automatically, so I don’t have to be the bad guy 2. Tenants pay through the portal without having to asking me every little thing 3.Paying $29 every month and a buck per unit. Pretty solid deal.
Cons
I would love to see a push notification when a payment fails or bounces in the future. Email’s easy to miss sometimes.

“This tenant portal’s surprisingly great, I’m impressed
Pros
Tenants can see their lease, rent balance, and send me messages all in one place. I love that RentPost stopped my renters from reaching out through calls and texts whenever they wanted. One of the best I've ever come across. Moreover, they let you try it free for 30 days without asking for your card.
Cons
Sometimes tenants miss updates because not all notifications are built-in. A few more alert options would go a long way.

“RentPost made tax season way less painful
Pros
RentPost lets me track all my expenses per property and pull income statements that are actually readable. I export everything to Excel and just email it to my accountant. No more hunting for receipts in my inbox. This PMS costs just 29 bucks a month plus a dollar for every unit. Can’t beat that.
Cons
Would love a batch upload feature for receipts and docs. Right now it’s a bit manual.

“Maintenance doesn’t give me headaches anymore!
Pros
1. Tenants can submit maintenance requests through the RentPost portal, so I don’t get 3 different texts and a call about the same leak. 2. I can stay in the loop using the dashboard. 3. I got a full 30-day free trial with no credit card needed. Best free trial ever, loved it!!
Cons
Filtering old requests is a pain. There’s no fast way to search or sort through past maintenance logs. It takes a bit of digging.

“Managing maintenance is so much better with RentPost.
Pros
One cool thing about RentPost is how it lets tenants submit maintenance requests with photos and notes. I can track progress right from the platform. It’s been a game changer for keeping repairs organized. Also, it’s $29/month plus $1 per unit. Way cheaper than the others I looked at.
Cons
The online software feels a bit slow when switching between tickets. A better way to prioritize urgent requests would be great.

“RentPost’s lease management keeps me stress-free
Pros
Handling lease documents used to be a headache. With RentPost, I can store all leases in one place and track renewal dates effortlessly. It sends me reminders before leases expire, so I never miss renegotiations or renewals.
Cons
I could use e-signature integration, it would make the process even more easier

“One of the most reliable property management software options to date!
Pros
What I really like is how RentPost keeps everything in one place. From lease tracking to payment history and maintenance requests, it’s easy to find what I need quickly. Plus, it's 30 days free with no credit card. Most others tap out at 7 or 14.
Cons
The desktop interface on this PMS feels a bit outdated and clunky. Sorting through older requests can get confusing since there’s no easy filter.

“Helpful property management software but sometimes slow support
Pros
RentPost support is helpful and answers my questions thoroughly, walking me through troubleshooting when needed. Also, one of the only tools that actually gave me a real trial. 30 days. Crazy, right?
Cons
The wait times can sometimes be longer than I’d like. I understand it gets busy, but the delay can be frustrating when I need quick solutions.

“RentPost helped me get organized during turnover
Pros
Moving tenants in and out used to be a nightmare. Now, I have checklists and reminders in RentPost for cleaning, repairs, and inspections between leases. It’s all automated enough to keep me on schedule without constant stress. Most PMS tools make you guess with pricing. This one’s just $29/month plus $1 per unit. Simple and cheap.
Cons
On the downside, there’s no option to schedule messages yet, which would be really helpful.

Pros
RentPost has been a huge time saver for handling rent collection and tenant communication. The automated reminders mean fewer late payments and less stress chasing tenants. Maintenance requests get logged neatly, and I can easily see what’s open or resolved. The tenant portal is simple and lets renters handle their own updates, which cuts down on my calls.
