RentPost keeps my rent collection on point.

Pros

RentPost’s automated late fees work exactly as they should, saving me from awkward conversations. The online payment system is smooth and tenants appreciate the flexibility. I also like the built-in reports for tenant screening. Only $29 a month and just $1 per unit. Honestly cheaper than most tools I’ve tried.

Cons

The dashboard takes a bit of time to load but honestly, it’s nothing compared to the help it offers.

The only property management software that works for men!!!

Pros

RentPost has been a huge time saver for handling rent collection and tenant communication. The automated reminders mean fewer late payments and less stress chasing tenants. Maintenance requests get logged neatly, and I can easily see what’s open or resolved. The tenant portal is simple and lets renters handle their own updates, which cuts down on my calls.

Cons

1. Reporting features need more options for custom views. 2. Document uploads sometimes glitch or take longer than expected

Rentpost has reduced my property management related stress

Pros

It has made my overall property management workflow very stress free. I am easily able to track, and update tasks to related to tenant screening, payment. maintenance request. Thanks to free trial as well, I was able to get a grasp of it pretty soon.

Cons

I will prefer they launch a mobile app soon!

Loving it

Pros

Not only is it very easy to access but it also works smoothly and functions well across multiple devices we use without any hiccups.

Cons

There is a small fee when I pay rent through the platform but honestly that seems pretty standard with most services like this.

Really like it!

Pros

It covers everything both tenants and landlords need. It is like everything is available in one place which makes it simply the best for both sides. Overall I would say it is a great tool.

Cons

A mobile app would really make things more simple I guess. As a landlord being able to manage stuff on the go would save a lot of time.

Budget-friendly and feature-rich

Pros

RentPost is simple and has a clean layout. Also it has tools that actually work without fuss. Plus the pricing is fair and it gives me a reassuring sense of security.

Cons

Well a few of my tenants were not thrilled about switching to digital and preferred the old school pen and paper method but that's not really the platform's fault.

Decent option if you want something basic

Pros

I would say this setup works best for small property management companies managing under 100 units. It is solid for that scale.

Cons

When I am handling a large number of properties the platform feels like it is missing some advanced tools that could make things easier for property managers.

Your go-to tool for property leasing

Pros

What I really like about this app is that it is new to me and handles every part of property management for both landlords and tenants. My husband and I own a mix of properties such as apartments, condo units, commercial spaces and studios that he invested in before he left his job. The rental business has been good overall but we faced plenty of issues like late payments, miscommunication and confusing calculations. But Rentpost really helped us spot those weak areas. Now everything runs according to proper procedures, tenants pay on time and managing them has become way more efficient. We have seen real improvements since we started using it. Planning and follow ups are a lot easier now because we can view everything clearly. Plus the accounting tools are pretty helpful and having all our tenant records and documents stored in one place is a huge time-saver.

Cons

Since it is a newer system and a fresh concept there are still some areas that could be clearer or improved. But what I like about Rentpost is their awesome support team as they actually welcome suggestions and pay attention to user feedback.

Works great for small teams

Pros

This system is simple enough for both our clients and our team to use. Plus the pricing is budget friendly which makes it even more appealing.

Cons

Payment processing takes longer than it should even with ACH. As I have had to wait up to 5 days sometimes. What is frustrating is how easy it was to reach customer service while signing up but now it's a struggle when there is a problem. We are already two years in but delays like this might make us consider switching if things don't get better.

Decent tool

Pros

It offers some great tools like online rent payments, managing maintenance requests, rent tracking and keeping all contact details in one place which I like about it.

Cons

I would really like the system to make it simpler to pay out to owners preferably without all the extra costs or complicated steps.
