RentPost is fine. Which is actually kind of a compliment.

Pros

I wouldn't say RentPost was an instant wow moment for me. It took a little time to get familiar with where everything was, but once I had my properties set up, it started fitting into my routine pretty naturally. I can handle the day to day work, keep track of tenants and payments, and find information when I need it without making things more complicated than they need to be.

Cons

The interface could definitely be more modern, and I still occasionally have to click around to find something I know is there.

What an easy to understand pricing this platform has!!!

Pros

1. I've seen PMS pricing pages that genuinely feel like they're trying to hide the answer from you. RentPost was refreshingly straightforward about it. 2. I could look at my unit count, do the math, and get a pretty solid idea of what the subscription would cost without having to contact someone first. 3. It was helpful to understand the basic cost upfront instead of getting hit with a bunch of pricing tiers and wondering which one actually applies to me. 4. Having the trial available was another plus because I could actually spend time using RentPost and see whether it made sense for my setup before committing.

Cons

There are additional charges for some services, so I wouldn't assume that's literally every possible cost. It's better to check what applies to the specific features and services I plan to use.

My biggest mistake was treating property management like a collection of separate

Pros

I used to think leasing, maintenance, accounting and owner reporting were all completely different parts of my business. That's how I'd always approached them. After using RentPost for a while, I realized they're really just different chapters of the same story. A maintenance expense eventually shows up in reports. A lease eventually affects accounting. A tenant conversation eventually becomes part of that property's history. Having everything connected changed the way I think about managing rentals. Instead of constantly switching between separate tasks, I'm following one property's story as it changes over time

Cons

Some reports could probably explain themselves a little better the first time you open them
