Their support team is the only one I felt like actually cares,

Pros

1. Super responsive via chat and email, never felt left hanging. 2. They get the property management stuff without needing me to dumb it down. 3. I signed up, tried the free 30-day trial, and once I saw how smooth it was, paying $29 plus $1 per unit felt completely fair.

Cons

Honestly, can’t think of any major ones, maybe just sometimes multiple steps for complex stuff, but that’s minor.

Everything I need for lease tracking and rent collection is in one place. 4. Free trial gave enough time to see how recurring charges and messages actually functioned.

Cons

I’d like a few more customization options for the dashboard layout, but that’s minor.

The 30-day free trial gave me enough time to simulate a full month of rent collection and tenant setup. 4. Support during the trial walked me through setup questions without pressure.

Alerts for when a screening report is ready could be more noticeable, but it’s easy enough to check manually.
